The room was clean, neat and had everything in it, including 3 pkts biscuits with the tea and coffee. I arrived early and was able to drop off my bag even though the office wasn’t open. (The mobile number was on the window)
The only downfall for me was the location as I didn’t have a car. I walked from the Bendigo Railway, but then caught a taxi to the Arts Centre to see the Frida Kahlo exhibition.
Value for money, definitely recommend.

We booked two rooms that were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good price and close to everything . Staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed with friends overnight in spa room. We didn't care that the spa wasn't working. Rooms were clean, queen bed was very nice, two singles were OK. Right next to a main road may not suit everyone, but we found it was fine. Called Heather ahead of time and found her to be lovely and very helpful

Pretty average. Terrible mattress and pillow. Bathroom amenities are nearly non existent. Great location but much better options in Bendigo than this.

Low score rating due to the keys given to you can unlock all rooms. Knowing a man can unlock my room during anytime made me feel uneasy. My work colleague tested it twice, the first time he accidentally went to the wrong room no.11 and unlocked the door and noticed it wasn’t his room and was shocked so he tested my room which was no.10 and again unlocked the door too. He was staying in no.12. A chain lock isn’t good enough security to keep out unwanted guests/intruders

Do not stay here. They have a dog that barks and goes off like a light sensor. Any noise or movement set it off. I basically got 3 hours sleep between a quiet period . So inappropriate to have a dog that barks like this in a hotel. Lots of other guests were all chatting as we packed up to leave, no one got sleep.

I contacted them for a response before reviewing and no reply.
