This place was amazing. It was very clean. We stayed in the spa room. It was lovely. It had a small outdoor area which would be beautiful in the summer. The fridge was stocked with lots of goodies plus a basket of things: wine, chips etc. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. Plenty of towels which were nice and fluffy. Forty meters up the road is a pub with great food. Staff were really friendly . Check in was easy. Had extras, iron hairdryer electric blankets. Plenty of parking. Close to other attractions.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and contactless. The kids enjoyed the free wifi. Heating worked well as we were there on a cold, wet day/night. Only a ten minute walk in to the town, so a great location. We ate at the Lake View Hotel next door, which I would also highly recommend.

Clean, quiet rooms with all that you'd expect from a motel. We stayed in a family room, and all 5 of us were well accommodated in a comfortable room. The price was very good for the two night stay.
The kids loved the spa and having their own TV to watch too. My only criticism would be that the WiFi was a bit slow.

A must stay, very clean, very comfortable and great location. So easy to book in I rang direct because I had a query all my questions were answered and booked in straight away. I asked for a street level room as we can't do stairs. The room was very clean and comfortable , we were near the main road and heard very little noise. Added bonus Lakeview Hotel right next-door so we only had to walk a very short distance for a lovely meal and could have a few drinks , win win win. Highly recommend

A very comfortable motel, close to the centre of Bendigo and in our case, close to the Showgrounds. We stay here twice a year and have done for many years and will continue to do so. There is a good pub right next door that serves excellent meals - very busy so you need to book the Lakeview Hotel. Highly recommend these places.

I stayed here recently and had several issues that were never resolved:
• The EV charger was broken. Reception promised someone would look into it, but no one ever got back to me. (Even though this was the reason for staying at this particular hotel)
• The internet wouldn’t connect at all, which meant the smart TV also didn’t work.
• There were no basic items like cutlery, plates, or bowls in the room, which you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

Overall, it was frustrating and fell well below expectations. Avoid if possible.

The room was beautifully decorated the bed was lovely and comfortable the ensuite spa was very relaxing. The staff were absolutely wonderful - polite and very helpful. Loved our stay will be back in the future

Stayed for first time at Alexandra Place and was very impressed from start. Excellent communication from hosts. Very clean, well furnished and comfortable room. Bed mattress of a high standard as were pillows. Water pressure excellent and bathroom immaculate.
