The design of this motel is very clever with all rooms in a ring around the central landscaped courtyard. Effectively, all rooms get a view. The staff are very friendly & were good enough to check us in early. Our room had a comfy bed, reverse cycle A/C, WiFi, a fridge without a mini-bar & a good shower with good water pressure. The location is opposite Lake Weeroona & not too far from the city centre. Nearby are bus stops & the historic tram stop. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't eat there. Will happily stay here again!

Spotless, comfortable and very convenient. Couldn't fault a thing! We had the family room which was very spacious and well laid out. Car spot right out the front door. All basic facilities were there - toaster, kettle with tea/coffee/biscuits, iron with board, shampoo/conditioner/etc.. and there's a restaurant on-site too. All the rooms have a view & access to the central garden with an outdoor pool - and you're directly opposite the lovely lake. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very comfy beds, spacious and very clean rooms. Great location opposite the lake. A little noisy with the train line, but very nice place to stay. Room had an odd smell in it, but wasn't bad. Would be good if microwave was in your room, but there is one available in the free laundry.

This was our third stay at the Julie-Anna because we know how wonderful it is. |We were visiting to attend the Bendigo Symphony Orchestra on a Sunday afternoon and the motel was kind enough to accommodate a slightly letter checkout which was greatly appreciated.||The motel is comfortable with large rooms and we loved the quality of the breakfast. They think of little things like a bottle of fresh milk in your room, rather than those tiny UHT sachets which are always tasteless. The location opposite Lake Weerona just adds to its appeal. ||The Julie-Anna is our go-to motel in Bendigo and we were even more impressed when we discovered that they are a sponsor of the Bendigo Symphony Orchestra.

The rooms so beautiful and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly. It's the best place I have ever stayed at. The restaurant meals were amazing. I would full recommend the julieanna motel. Did not want to leave. I would definitely go back

This motel packs an absolute value punch and I would not hesitate to stay here again in a heartbeat. A lovely oasis in a great location. Amazing beds and the best pillows - we had a quiet, king room, with sliding doors that opened up onto a manicured garden and swimming pool. Delightful. There was a charming, onsite, stone walled restaurant with a gas fire for winter months, with chefs who know what they are doing and are turning out generous, fine dining food, that kept us coming back for more. GREAT food. Plus cocktails! Thankyou, yes please! The staff were just delightful, funny and bubbly and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. We had travelled over 4000 kms on a road trip and this was our 2nd to last stay. It was also 38' degrees, so to us it felt like a cool oasis to rest our weary bones. Although it fronts a main road, all the rooms are out the back in a quiet, restful location. It's opposite the park and lake, and just across the road from a vintage tram stop which can take you on a hop on hop off tour of Bendigo. Thankyou to all the staff, we loved it.

The staff at the Julie-Anna were some of the loveliest staff we have ever experienced. Really friendly, helpful and unfailingly courteous. Our room could not be faulted, clean, spacious and well appointed. Will always use this accommodation when in Bendigo.

This place is a wonderful. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The rooms are nice and big, clean, and with everything you might need for your stay. Location is good, in easy walk of the centre of town. Forget the fact that it is not the most modern motel you’ll ever stay in, because it is great!
