Wanted to purchase a new pc had two staff walk past me. In store for 5 minutes either asked if I wanted any help. Plenty of staff behind counter talking.
Went to JB acknowledged straight away got served I paid a little extra but got served.

The young girl who served us today (or tried too!) with the dark curly hair was one of the most incompetent retail workers I’ve ever come across. Some customer service training and manners wouldn’t go astray. We ended up just walking out.

I decided to upgrade some software and buy an external hard-drive too. Both of these purchases I made at Officeworks. I purchased the software online ‘click and collect’ thinking I might be able to download it straight away, which I wasn’t able to. A couple of phone calls were required here then it was quickly sorted. The second purchase I went into the store. I found the staff all very friendly and helpful. The other thing I found, was that Officework's prices were better than some other well-known stores too. Well done to the team!

Untrustworthy when it comes to recommendations. Sure buy your office supplies here, but steer as clear as you can from their electronics section and their advice regarding them. They are happy to recommend terrible devices and overcharge for them and their range doesn't allow for much wiggle room. Steer clear of Officeworks for your computational needs. Go to Centrecom instead.

Edit: I also wanted to mention if you do actually get caught and do buy one of their laptops (I do not recommend). You should probably get the extended warranty, they will not last the year no matter how careful you are with them.

I was served by a young man called Jack. He was very attentive and listened to me without judgement by this I mean I know next to nothing about computers or tablets and he explained everything to me without talking down to me. I appreciate your help Jack. Instead of giving all young people a bad rap let's look for the good and appreciate them.

Self serve photo machine wasn't turned on even thou the store was open 1 hr prior to my arrival. Staff are not friendly here.

Can tell there’s been a change in management for the best. Josh is incredibly driven and respectful not only to customers but also to his staff. It’s a nice change from what I’ve seen in the past!
