Waited 2 days for parcel, both days it was on for delivery, 2nd day received a message that they attempted delivery, but no card was left, and there was no one on the security camera attempting a delivery, Aramex asking for an additional $5.50 delivery fee to redeliver, also waited 45min on phone with no answer.

Signature on delivery and driver signed my name on his device. parcel left at the door he didnt even ring the door bell which caught him on camera and alerted me that he was there. By rhe time i got to the door he was gone.

if 0 stars was a thing i'd do it. apparently attempted delivery twice, a family member was home all day both days they were "coming" and they never tried. parcel was returned to sender. garbage courier.

26th June 2025 i made purchase online in good faith i would receive my item promptly swiftly as the store is approximately 100 km away from home. After failed attempt delivery i reorder redelivery on 04/07/25 at cost $5.50. Apparently today the 18th July almost month after purchase my sister was instructed by Aramex staff Bendigo that it would be delivered to ots rightful owner.
IM STILL WAITING but day isn't over yet so Aramex you still time to do your Job that I paid you to do. Please. If failed to arrive today im taking official full action against Aramex.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with Aramex Bendigo. Upon learning that the designated driver was unfortunately unwell, another representative offered to drive the delivery to my address to ensure the package arrived in good time! I’m very grateful to Naomi for her help and assistance today.

Terrible Non service! Package did not arrive, only some minimal email communication. 3 weeks after delivery date and no morecommunication possible arranged a refund through Amazon.

I would also give a zero if I could. My parcel was collected a month ago and I still don't have it. I have tried contacting Aramex online but no response to date.

Would give them a 0 star rating if I could. If I knew my parcel was coming via these guys I would have ordered it elsewhere! Etas on parcels are more that a week out and can never get ahold of anyone! Called waited over 2hr never got anyone and also did a live chat 2days and no one replied? What the actual joke of a courier. They guys should be forced to close down!
