Regional freight express, Team Global Express, Team GE .... Synonymous with poor customer experience, poor excuses and an attitude that doesn't seem to improve their service over time. When choosing companies or purchasing products that use these services, avoid where possible. Too many times, myself and others that have been subjected to the poor service offered, especially under the banner of Team Global Express are left with late deliveries, poor excuses and a blatant disregard for honesty and legitimate customer service.

Item was marked as delivered but I did not receive it. I was trying to work out where it had been delivered to, but there were so many inconsistencies I doubt it was delivered at all. Firstly said a person called Jo signed for it, then said the driver was lazy and signed it himself and said it was delivered on Friday, then next call it was delivered Thursday according to the vehicle tracker they could see that it was at my place, next call the said it was delivered Wednesday and that they driver put it over the fence any my place had a horse round yard next to the driveway, I told them they must have been describing google earth pics because they are outdated and I have a rectangular sand arena in that spot now. I tried to explain that the round yard was not there and was told they didn’t want to argue ( I was not arguing just saying that hasn’t been there for 12 months) no resolution at all

Delivered a wood heater to us. Great communication and everything was as promised. Good price too. Delivery driver went out of his way to help unload and bring the heavy item into our house. Recommended.

Lack of communication or care. They had my own for many weeks without contact. This could very well have been the freight co's fault, but that doesn't excuse the lack of apology or maybe wondering why a large item had been in their warehouse for a month. You'd think someone would check on that. Polite and careful forklift driver though

Irresponsible from driver to staffs and managers. I have booked a pick up from Derrimut and delivery for a client in Bendigo. Upon delivery, their forklift driver damage the goods, client has notified me with picture. I called them asking to pay for $16.00 only the value of the goods, not even the freight cost, they refused to pay on account that they don't have public liability for that and it was us to bear the cost if anything happens. I talked to the manager - Andrew, he agreed to refund to my client. But then he never did, and it's already been 1 month. A company full of people that don't have integrity and responsibility at all. Avoid them at any cost!

The delivery guy went above and beyond, he was friendly and very helpful. Regional Freight don't lose this guy, he's what every delivery person should be! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, mainly because of the delivery guy. Great service!

I wasnt home when they tried to drop off my parcel and left a note saying to call their number. I rang and they confirmed it was there and said I could pick it up the next day. They opened at 7:30 which is good as I start work at 8! Great customer service on the phone and when I got there too!
