Stumbled upon this diner with very good reviews on here. The place had a great vibe, very retro diner feels mixed with a modern touch. The service was decent too. But the food was average. I guve it a 3 star because it wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazingly good. Not up there as some of the best burgers or fried chicken. It was just alright. Above average food. The thick shakes were, well, average. The fries too were just okay. Overall, the service and atmosphere were great, but the food was just okay. Too pricey too for what it was.

This is actually the cutest little diner ever. The vibe on entry was so cozy and welcoming. The menu isn’t over complicated and very well priced compared to other venues offering similar items. We had the fried chicken burger & cheeseburger, which were served up quickly, hot and super fresh. We will for sure be back.

Oh boy they know how to make a good burger, could have used more sauce though. The staff were really nice and friendly, making sure we felt comfortable. Overall, really good place to grab food and drinks after your visit to the art gallery!

THE BEST CHEESEBURGER IN MY LIFE SO FAR. Soft buns i think it's brioche (?), savoury sauce and the patties. Uh! Must visit when you in Bendigo. Friendly and fast service. Nice ambience.

Wow what a place, the food is scrummy!
We had the fried green tomato burger and the pastrami on rye washed down with OJ and a malted chocolate milkshake. Everything was delicious the burger was fresh and amazing and the pastrami on rye was so flavourful and moreish!!! The milkshake was an old fashioned one in a metal milkshake cup and was icy cold…. Exactly how they should be.
We highly recommend this diner and will be back again. Service was excellent too …. Such a gem of a place 💕

This place came highly recommended, so we were super excited to come and dine in when we visited Bendigo.

The bartenders very professional and there are lots of drink options.

Unfortunately we were constantly pushed to order and were told it gets busy on Saturday nights. Was this a suggestion for us to hurry up? It certainly didn’t help our experience.

Drinks came out promptly. We ordered the chicken wings as a starter. They were very tasty and we were excited for our burgers to come out next.

When the burgers arrived they were completely underwhelming in presentation. The taste experience matched the presentation. Underwhelming! Honestly I can make better at home! I could hardly taste any sauce on my chicken burger. It was edible but not what I was expecting.

I would happily pay more for a little more lovely & attention put into the burgers.

Really nice vibe and amazing staff. The design aesthetic is NYC Diner style but tasteful and classy. The menu wasn't overwhelming but had a good range of options. Regular cheeseburger was very nice, fries for $5 extra were a decent portion and nice and crispy. The milkshake was a bit artificial but was fine. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful, deserve all the praise they get. The place was so busy which is testament to how good it is, honestly was pretty great!
