We stayed at Mallum Creek Farm for 2 nights in first week of January. Its about 2 and half hour from Melbourne and such a peaceful stay. Some highlights of our stay were BBQ, Clean and fresh linen, AC in all areas, farm tour with Andrew, Quad bike with Anthea, Lego for kids, good board games, horse and cows, sprinklers for kids to enjoy outdoors.

Kids and us enjoyed this place thoroughly and I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a calm and relaxing holidays.

est farm stay so far. Amazing experience. Lovely accomodation and most importantly, the hospitality and generosity of our hosts Andrew and Anthea was first class. Our daughter loved the friendly cattle horses and Das the beautiful dog. Highly recommended!!!!

We had a truly fabulous stay. I knew a country farm would be right up my husbands alley, but was unsure that my 10 & 13 yo girls would get as much out of it. However they had a ball and have already said they would like to come again. They went on a tour of the farm with Andrew to check on the cows and do some “chores” and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The accomodation was charming, comfortable and spotless. The layout was great with the kid’s room at the other end of the house, and the lounge room was very comfortable. You wouldn’t want to rely on the phone network to, e.g., stream movies (particularly with Vodaphone as the connection was patchy, although Telstra was ok), but that is not what we we there for.

Our hosts Andrew and Anthea went out of their way to make us welcome, and were happy to join us on the beautiful porch of an evening (or leave us alone if we so wished it).
Their stories were fascinating and I particularly enjoyed seeing the memorabilia from their draft horse team days. No doubt Andrew has told his tales many times but they were well told. If you enjoy star gazing or watching the kangaroos and local wildlife come across the paddocks of an evening you will love this place. Highly recommended!

Pamela and I stayed for 3 nights and it was one of the best stays that we have encounted. Totally relaxing Beautiful situation Horses and Andrew (Host) was great You could not ask for better hosts. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle This is the place to go. We would definitely return to this farmstay Thanks Guys
