We had a lovely stay at this motel. It was clean, tidy, newly updated. Comfy beds and neat facilities. Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful.

Most accomodation is expensive these days so you want it neat and tidy which this was. We would definitely stay again.

It has a pool and spa, obviously too cold for us to go in but would be nice if you have kids and were staying a couple of days.

All in all, nice accommodation.

I was very impressed with how clean and well presented my room was at this motel. The amenities were very good and everything I might need during my stay were available in my room. They even serve breakfast to the room, which I have not seen in many motels nowadays.
There is a really good pizza shop and a takeaway shop a short drive up the road and there are two petrol stations very close to the motel.
I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Someone clearly died on my mattress. Microwave on request at extra cost, can of bug spray stored wedged between the toaster and kettle. Don't stay here,

No microwave and the mattress was stuffed. I was in room 16, so maybe the rest of the rooms are better equipped. It was clean and tidy, but that's it.

It was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and roomy. Good location and shops nearby. Also quiet.

I have stayed here many many times and have always loved staying here till 5th July 2024. When we arrived we noticed the room had apparently been cleaned BUT, there was grass or something similar in the shower base near the drain, there soap holder was covered in pink liquid, and there was some brown stuff around the basin, ( which I cleaned). Even the area where the bbq /smoke area is wasn’t as well maintained as it used to be. But the people in room 2 the language, abuse was a bit over the top. But for them to come back early hours of the morning with there high beams on straight into our room was a joke and disrespectful. Then to find the next morning that they had damaged our car with there bags and doors. |I do understand that this motel is under new owners but when you walk into reception the smell is a little overwhelming. The previous owners always had it so fresh and had drinks in the fridge at reception were I noticed there was only a couple of items. I understand it takes awhile to adjust and I honestly hope the new owners do as this used to be a friendly welcoming motel, always clean and fresh smelling. It was always a joy to stay. This time it has left a sour taste and after many years of staying here I think I will looking at a different place to stay in Benalla. Especially since the price has gone up but the service has gone down.

Excellent all round CLEAN rooms and staff were POLITE and FRIENDLY.stayed an extra night would come again. Excellent location. Plenty of bookings clearly a popular stay for travellers with horse floats, Campervans and some geared up tradies. QUIET and all around a pleasant experience
