While Darren and Clair were very helpful, who ever did the actual repairs took short cuts and will now cost me thousands more to fix it all. Got down the road approximately 1,000 K’s before it happened again. Lost the wheel again and the whole recent repair was totally destroyed and now worse. Had several knowledgeable people look at it and they immediately said “bearings were not done properly”. Looks like I now have to replace the whole axle and everything that’s goes with it, bearings, brakes, etc. Sorry boys (and lady) but I’m disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely fantastic place people are friendly polite - I called on the off chance that they could help me as I had a Bearing that had disintegrated - they were honest with me and said we don't know if we can do anything but do by and we'll have a look - we'll that was around 2pm SA time today - back on the road 530pm - not only did they help me out of this situation - they made it a pain free and simple process - I cannot recommend these guys enough ' a huge Thank You to Darren and all at Northern Caravan and Outdoors

I called in this morning with a 12v water pump not working in my van. I hadn’t made an appointment, but they had an excellent friendly worker check my pump straight away.He quickly determined that it was ‘dead’ and 20 minutes later I was once again heading west with a working pump once again. I was charged a very reasonable amount for a new pump. Fuses and labour were very reasonable too.

These guys are the absolute best. Had a leaking hot water system, rang on the Friday, they were able to check it out then for us,we needed a new system and they had one in stock. They were then able to fit it on the Monday, up and going early Monday arvo. What legends, Cheers to Steve and Cameron and all at Northern Caravans

Couldn’t thank the guys enough today for helping us keep on track with our trip - we needed a new water pump for the van , purchased and the guys installed there and then all with a smile at a very reasonable price .! Highly recommended.

Amazing and very friendly service!! At short notice they looked at our bearings on caravan and degreased them. Nothing is a problem for Darren who is a legend with good old fashioned and skilled service with a smile! Highly recommend!
