Garlic bread dough.. not cut..dripping fat
Chicken stir fry..had to search for chicken.barely couple pieces of broccoli..left a bowl of noodles
Sticky date was nice..not very warm but obviously bought in product..
Took ages to get milkshake
Prices too high for meal provided
Won't be returning

We used to frequent regularly but the Hotel has declined. The whole place is dirty/grubby, appears never cleaned properly, in the lounge especially. The cloth sofas and lounges are stained, fallling apart and need to be thrown out and replaced.
The food is inconsistent, not value for money and mostly looks thrown together with cheapest ingredients.
The chefs salad is something my wife and I used to get regularly as it was the only thing on the menu which tasted good, last time we visited it was inedible. I hope Management picks it’s game up.

1. They don’t seem to bother bringing meals out at the same time - even for tables for two
2. Turn the televisions off. They are either showing kids stuff (when the average age is 70+), or shows where you need to hear the audio - and there is no audio - what’s the point!

Food was not as nice as the last time I visited staff weren't as friendly serving. Not a big fan of the chips have previously enjoyed these not this time

Ordered dinner and the salmon came out half raw, unsure why because there was only 1 other table taken so they weren't rushed. I also ordered the protein salad and when I asked why there wasn't any quinoa they said they'd run out. The roast pumpkin and cauliflower in the salad was not roasted at all, it was watery and looked like it had been cooked in the microwave, very disappointing amd would not recommend this place or visit again.

Very friendly staff that are very helpful, place deserves to be packed for lunch the food is exquisite had qarlic prawns and pork loaded chips was best meal I've had for a long time.
Didn't have to wait long and everyone loved the food 😋 100% recommend pizzas are superb 👌

Nice meals at reasonable prices, staff were friendly even though they were flat out. This cafe Primo is better than the last few we have been to. The beers were nice and cold.
