Kingswood Resthaven is an amazing facility! The staff are so lovely, friendly, and supportive. I felt like part of the team during my time there as respite staff on October 19th and 20th, even though I was working through another company. I would love to be a part of your team permanently. Amazing artwork called " Sharing a moment" by artist Gerry McMahon made from steel and corten steel. Gerry stated that the artwork is of a grandmother and granddaughter and their connection with nature and each other.

Resthaven has purchased several of Gerry's artworks for their facilities, there's even one outside Resthaven's headquarters on Greenhill Road.

Resthaven Mitcham has been very close to me. All the residents, staffs and management. Each and every individual are like a family and a great unity. Comparing to other aged care providers, i personally feel like resthaven Mitcham has been much more better place for your loved one. A lot of caring staff and you wouldn't ask anything more.

Has taken me a long time to post. Poor nursing. Mistakes.Even with our concerns of my fathers care, the management looked at us as trouble makers. I could list many issues...took it further with a formal complaint and all that was supposedly done was we will give extra training to staff. Not good enough.

Not too good for my father’s respite. Had a dementia lady next door screaming all the time. Unfortunately there was also a strong smell of urine in the ward where he was. Lost his Webster pack twice in 3 weeks. Overall a tired building and the staff overall were lovely.

Too many Nepalis working, speaking their own language in front of the residents and other non-nepali staff members, not providing proper care and safety to residents. The policies and memos regarding these are obviously ignored by this group as they have the most number of staff working in this site.

The worst site considering in restheaven they have policy-makers but no followers.
Will suggest resthaven in marion for better care or the site in paradise its the best but mitcham is the worst when it comes to safety and personal hygiene
