It was a spur of the moment decision to stop for lunch today, and it was the best decision.
Every team member we saw walking through to the dining room , greeted us and were friendly with smiles.
We observed the team having really good interactions with diners, delivering drinks and checking if anything else was needed and having a comfortable chat at the same time.
It's been a long time since I have seen such great customer service.

We enjoyed the roast for lunch, its so nice to have a fresh made roast rather than a microwave option offered by so many other places.
Food looked really appetising, will definitely return again and try something different from the menu.

One other standout, was to see cloth napkins on every table and not paper ones. Well done!

Had a function at The Seaton Hotel and was extremely happy with everything. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food, the service and their hospitality was exceptional. Great service from Joshua, always checks in as to how the meal is and if anything is needed. Rachel consistently greets all customers and makes us feel welcome. I’ve never forgotten the menu fans provided during a hot flush on a past visit - exceptional customer service!!

All the staff are lovely. Great service and amazing food. I’ve organised a couple of birthdays here over the last couple of years, one being mine and was not disappointed with customer service and quality & quantity of the food.

Hamish and Caitlyn are always so welcoming and friendly. Great customer service from them. Management is top notch and heavily involved with their customers.

Loved the food, was so fresh and delicious- great value for money . Staff were very friendly. The deck is well thought out and has heating above each booth for the colder days. Great atmosphere, this is once of the nicest meals have had from a pub/restaurant in a very long time. Would highly recommend

A most enjoyable meal with friends today, the salt & pepper squid was cooked to perfection and the roast lamb was delicious with a Yorkshire pudding. Staff were very polite and the meal was delivered to us promptly. Thankyou for an excellent meal, we will return..

Ella was excellent and efficient taking our orders and making sure we were never without a drink.

The food was excellent and came out so quickly! Our table of 20 had our meals within 20 minutes of ordering.

Came here on Saturday to watch the footy with some friends. Was served by some great staff behind the bar. Met Ross who cooked a fantastic sausage sizzle for the locals so thought that was a great thing for the culture of the pub during the footy season! The most deserving employee.
