We booked for dinner as we had tickets to a show next door. It was very busy and lively. The staff were wonderful and efficient (Seth in particular is pocket rocket!) service was prompt and food delicious. The beef schnitzel was massive. It would be nice if they offered a half serve, and my chicken was a little overcooked but tasty. We loved the quirky decor and that it's a dog friendly pub.

Visited on Friday night prior to the 'Shortstack' show, at the Gov. They had some nice craft beers on tap, the Red Ale was excellent. We had a Beef Schnitzel and a Salt & Pepper Squid. Meals were a good size and I was particularly impressed with the Parmy topping, which I informed staff, was the tastiest I had ever had, anywhere. If you like a parmy, this is a winner, give it a go if you are heading to the Gov or the Entertainment Centre.

This place is Dog friendly , our two beagle boys enjoyed their Birthday dinner at the Lady Daly hotel with snacks and hot meals each . The staff is more than accommodating and the other patrons are good with the dogs as well .
Our meals were fantastic along with the wine .
Well worth the time to check this place out as they have a great retro feel .

Went on a busy night (show at the Entertainment centre). There was plenty of staff but they acted like the night was a disaster. There was about 5-6 of them behind the bar with at most 10-15 people waiting and a couple of them when you asked for a cocktail would either say not available at the moment or half hour wait. Then someone else would order the same cocktail from a different staff member and it was made straight away. While evening just felt unnecessarily tense. Meanwhile food was really good.

Such a cute little pub! Couldn’t believe how quiet it was. Amazing vegan and vegetarian options and they were delicious. My table had a tofu burger (delicious!), mushroom risotto, schnitzel and salt & pepper squid and everyone was pleased. Service was really friendly, they had a pool table and everything. Good playlist too. Will be coming back and recommending!

We recently had a function (hubby’s 40th) in the beer garden and it was incredible. Food was lovely, atmosphere was perfect, service was excellent, the beer garden had heating so it was the perfect temperature. Staff were awesome, the whole night was so fun and seamless, can’t wait to have another event at the Lady Daly in the future! Thank you ☺️☺️

Was loosing my faith in pubs then was recommended by a friend of the owners to go to the Lady Daly again hadn't been in a few years. It was busy and I hadn't booked but ran into a friend so shared a table great snitzel and an actual real salad reasonably priced, waiter with the fluffy hair was efficient and attentive, great to see the place buzzing again they deserve their success.
