My husband and I engaged Brilliant SA to turn a bedroom into a family bathroom. Our experience was extremely positive! When friends asked us along the way how things were going, we could only sing the praises of the team we were working with. Most people say renovating is a stressful process, so I think they were surprised to hear us say it had been stress free and really enjoyable. The team from Brilliant SA were respectful and professional at all times and every stage completed was done to such an exceptional standard. We really appreciated the way the trades people were considerate of the fact my husband and I, and often the kids, were around the place while they worked. I never heard any bad language, and they never brought any stress to our home. We loved the design process, it was so exciting and we were extremely impressed with the level of care and detail in every stage of work from that point on. For example the tiling was complex, with beautiful natural stone patterning that was artfully laid, clearly with a huge amount of thought in it to make the most of the beautiful tile. The whole bathroom is incredibly beautiful, very luxurious and a little piece of paradise to enjoy at the end of a big day. We are so enjoying the result and are very grateful to the team for everything they did to make it such a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you Brilliant SA!

Promised the best but delivered the worse job possible!!!
Expensive, talked up their expert trades people but were given a bunch of unprofessional, poorly skilled "cowboys". The tradies were cheap and unprofessional so seems like the money paid went into the pockets of the company's directors.
We're still trying to deal with poor workmanship resulting having to employ others to fix up their mess. When we complained they weren't bothered and went missing as they couldn't be bothered and sadly had our money.
Extremely disappointed, feel very frustrated and angry at how we were treated and received such a disgustingly poor job.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I'm not going remove the above. We were definitely clients and typically they've asked me to remove the above which is another example of them trying to look good when they are not.

We chose BrilliantSA because they removated a bathroom in another house 20 years ago and did a fantastic job back then.
This time our upstairs ensuite needed replacing and they were equally Brilliant. The whole process went like clockwork. Rhiannon's design work and selections were excellent. Livio was a extremely competent and experienced supervisor. All the tradespeople were at the top of their game. We love our new ensuite.
