We held our wedding reception at SurfAir Beach Hotel and it was everything we hoped for and more. The venue itself is stunning—just steps from the beach, with a relaxed coastal vibe and beautifully styled spaces that gave our celebration the perfect blend of elegance and laid-back charm.

From the initial planning stages to the very last dance, the team at SurfAir were so easy to work with. They were organised, accommodating, and cared about making sure our day was seamless. The setup looked beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the food… delicious!

If you’re looking for a wedding reception venue on the Sunshine Coast that offers both beauty and professionalism, we can’t recommend SurfAir enough. It was the perfect place to celebrate the best day of our lives 🤍

We had our wedding at SurfAir and we couldn't be happier. The beach ceremony was stunning, perfect! Then moving to the reception room and it was set up lovely.
We chose the cocktail option and it was great to create the casual, relaxed and mingle environment. Our guests gave us all positive feedback.
Maddie was our coordinator and she did a great job.

Just celebrated our daughter’s 18th there, the co-ordinator (Maddy) was tremendously helpful from the day we booked until the day of the party, the room was setup beautifully. The food(platters) were nice but not plentiful for the cost and the bar staff did let the team down. If you do book get confirmation on your finish time as we found out they tried to shut us down 2 hours early. Other then that it was a great night and most left happy, especially the birthday girl.

Absolutely impeccable venue for couples considering having an all in one stress free event for their wedding. High class facilities and a team of wonderful staff to co-ordinate the entire proceedings. Fantastic ceremony options on manicured lawns, beachfront and an excellent wet weather back up inside with fairy lights in an enchantingly decorated indoor alternative should the weather not co-operate as was the case today. I am a celebrant and my couple could not have been happier with the facilities, attention to detail, care given by the staff and wonderful service. Attending a friend's wedding yesterday I was impressed with the beautiful surroundings. Lovely 2.30pm wedding but was shocked the staff came at 3pm to start packing up the chairs from the ceremony that we were still sitting on, honestly let the wedding and pics finish . Then while the wedding party were getting photos we were put in a tiny outside bar space infront of the bistro with 1 heater for all guests. Food that was served the staff didn't even know what they were serving in the reception the 2 cheese platters had been sitting there from when we popped our head in at least 1 hour before we got put in bar. No knives to cut cheese and food served was put on paper trays you'd get at local fish and chip shop with plastic cutlery hello it's a wedding, one item was fish and chips and when I asked for the burgers I got told no fish has to be gone first... well I don't eat fish. This morning I also hear of the dilema about a stain on couch and gave the bride and groom such a horrible time about it. Be professional and don't threaten them with saying they could have to pay for a new couch. The amount of money they paid for the reception and wedding they certaintily didnt get their monies worth or professional service.

Absolutely beautiful venue. Just finished having my Aunts 70th Birthday in one of the function rooms. Staff member Jo, done an amazing job and was very helpful, thank you soo much!! Highly recommend this place and will be going back again!!

A massive massive thankyou to Anita and the surfair team for organising our wedding day 23/11/19. the days leading up too and including our big day ran flawlessly. the team went over every little detail of the day and it pays in the end for a spectacular wedding day.
