Kristy was perfect from the call I had with her, if I had to do it all again, I would hire her in a heartbeat. I met with a few day of coordinators, but felt Kristy’s energy went along with my planning style the best. She made me feel like I was in the drivers seat, but she stepped in with helpful recommendations whenever I needed it. She was super respectful of being on a budget, and never recommended things that felt like they didn’t fit my vibe or my budget. She was super attentive and easy to get in contact with. Shelly, her assistant, was sweet and helpful.these two made my big day perfect!

I wish I could put into words just how much I appreciate Kristy and her assistant Shelly for making our day so perfect and smooth.
From the very beginning of planning, Kristy was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She is more than just a coordinator! Never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her (and trust me, I am very type A so that is not hard to do haha) and she always gave us the best answers to any questions we had.
She knew our venue and vendors well, and gave us an impeccable timeline that we always referred to.
The day of our wedding was a bit warmer than expected and I even felt faint at one point, but Kristy and Shelly were right there with m&ms and water to get me back to myself and ready to walk down the aisle.
I never noticed a single blip in the day thanks to these two incredible ladies.
If I had any piece of advice to have the most perfect wedding day, it is to book Kristy Rapp!

Kristy is a master at her craft! My husband & I planned our wedding from out of state & Kristy made everything come together flawlessly. Her full package is definitely worth it. Her professionalism, organization and dedication to our wedding day truly showed. Every meeting we had leading up to the wedding made us feel at ease, despite us feeling like we were always behind. Kristy took her time with EVERY detail we wanted and always made us feel like a priority, despite all the weddings she coordinated before our wedding. She was calm and accommodating with last minute changes the day of the wedding and ensured everything ran smoothly. Kristy is truly a saint, and we couldn’t have asked for a sweeter and experienced wedding coordinator.

I followed that religiously and was done planning my wedding 2 weeks prior! It was so nice to not be stressed out that close to the wedding. The day of the wedding she took care of everything and I felt so at ease knowing Kristy was there to help with anything that came up. Kristy is INCREDIBLE! If my husband and I could give Kristy 100 Stars we WOULD! We hired Kristy for day of coordination and had 2 meetings with her ahead of time. From day one Kristy was on top of her game. Our first meeting she had so many great questions, suggestions, and ideas as well as gave us a list of things we needed to do to achieve our big day. She provided recommendations for amazing vendors that we used for our wedding and all were phenomenal. Kristy followed up with me to make sure I was staying on track with booking things as well (even texting me a few days before the wedding to suggest items we still needed to remember to get last minute ((guest book, and drink tubs))) We had our wedding on 8/16/20 during Covid-19 with restrictions and Kristy didn't miss a beat. On the day of our wedding Kristy was a peaceful rock, guiding us into each phase of our night, my dad and I down the isle , the ceremony, our dance, couples portraits, family photos, even breaking down the event. Both my husband and I were not stressed ONCE thanks to Kristy! She knew what both of us needed before we even knew. The cherry on top of the perfect Kristy wedding experience was her incredible thoughtfulness. She boxed up 3 portions of our wedding dinners and each flavor (4) of our wedding dessert cakes in a to go bag and gave them to us which we enjoyed later that night when we got to our hotel. My husband and I can not stop bringing up how impressed and grateful we were and are to have Kristy as our planner. THANK YOU KRISTY!!!!!

My husband and I hired Kristy as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Sydonie mansion on 9/30/2023.

We highly recommend her. Kristy was so pleasant to work with and answered all our calls, texts, and emails. She is knowledgeable about all things wedding. Planning our wedding from a different state would not have run smoothly without all her help! She truly did some amazing and wonderful work with getting or wedding all set up. Not to mention her willingness to get in touch with all the vendors for us.

Both Kristy and her assistant were super helpful on wedding day as well.

She did an amazing job guiding me throughout the planning process by providing personalized to-do lists and helpful information/resources relevant to my area, such as vendor recommendations. There were so many little details that I would have never thought of if it weren't for her expertise. She was personable, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Our wedding day seemed to go perfectly - either because it was planned out in such detail that everything was accounted for, or because Kristy was able to identify and correct any issues that came up without me needing to be involved. Either way, we owe that to Kristy (and her assistant!). She was attentive to us but was also able to direct and coordinate all of the vendors. She did a fantastic job of setting all of my décor out exactly as I'd envisioned.

Kristy was so helpful with our wedding planning process. I don't know what I would have done without her. She thought of so many extra things and small details that I would not have on my own. She was very organized and definitely kept us on track. Everything went perfectly as planned on our big day (although I probably wouldn't have even known if something went wrong). I would definitely recommend Kristy. Her prices are also so reasonable for the value of her services!
