I had the pleasure of dealing with Miguel at Capalaba Branch who was just amazing as the IT System was down and I had trouble with completing my transactions. Miguel was so helpful with helping us & making the travel process easier. He explained how & who to contact if we lost or had our cards stolen & provided us with contact telephone numbers. Assisted with the changing of our Pin numbers & then walked outside the shopping complex to make sure they worked. Excellent customer service. Keep up the great work.

I have been to this Kiosk twice in the last month or so, and been served by 2 different staff. Both experiences were polar opposites, with one employee (I didnt get his name) being difficult, rude and refusing to offer me the service I am expected from this kiosk. The second occasion I was served by Miguel and I must say, immaculate service. He was fast, friendly and went above and beyondto ensure i was satisfied. Really recommend going to this branch, but only if Miguel is there. Hes your man.
