I honestly wasn’t planning to hire a wedding planner at first because I thought could do it on my own but my mom convinced me to upgrade to the design package and it was the best decision we ever made! There are so many moving parts when it comes to wedding planning and the swanky team made it so easy. From the first meeting they were extremely attentive and organized. They listened to what I had to say and helped my vision come to life while also keeping our budget in mind.

Then come the wedding day, everything was beautiful and ran smoothly because of swanky (s/o Stefanie, you’re the best). They were there if we needed anything at all and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our wedding day without any stress. I could not recommend them more!!!

Our wedding day in January 2024 would never have been as beautiful or smooth without the Swanky Soiree team! My husband and I live in Denver but decided to have our wedding in Longboat Key. We knew we would be using Swanky for month of planning, but we decided to upgrade to their design package, too. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and I couldn't imagine having to select, order and deal with shipping logistics for all the decor, rentals, stationery, florals, etc. on our own. We shared a high-level vision with Christina and Stefanie, and they helped bring it to life in the most beautiful way. They were communicative throughout the process and helped answer lots of random questions I had. Stefanie and Elizabeth made the rehearsal and wedding day completely stress free. The day went so smoothly, and if there were any hiccups at all, they must have handled them because I didn't hear of any. Our Swanky Soiree planning team truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day turned out just how my (now) husband and I had dreamed. The Swanky ladies are deserving of many MORE than 5 stars! We planned our fun, tropical, Florida wedding from out of state, so we were greatly dependent upon Swanky Soiree to bring our vision to life. Swanky put together beautiful rentals for us and even repurposed our ceremony decorations to our reception, which saved us money. They are so creative and inspiring and found a way to implement all of my ideas. Swanky's month of planning service was absolutely needed. They made sure the day flowed smoothly and kept it stress free for everyone involved. From the big ordered events down to the smallest details, Swanky was totally organized and prepared. The ladies were kind, attentive, and completely dedicated to making sure we and our guests had the BEST day. I recommend them to every couple planning an event in the area!

I chose to hire Swanky when I realized how hectic it would be to coordinate with all of the different vendors you need to hire for a wedding, and thank god I did! They did a fantastic job. Not only were they super organized and kept me updated along the way, they helped coordinate during TWO hurricanes (Helene & Milton) which both happened weeks before my October 19th wedding. I'm sure they all had a lot going on in their personal lives with the Hurricanes, but I didn't notice because they stayed on top of their planning for me the entire time, and still kept me updated immediately after each hurricane so I knew the status of my venue.

They had such good ideas for the wedding and kept it low stress, and I would highly recommend hiring them so you can have a stress free wedding year!

I first learned of swanky soirée when my husband and I picked our venue at Longboat Key Club resort in 2022. Part of our contract included 4 hrs of their services the day of the wedding, however we upgraded for the month of planner which was the best decision we could have made.

Christina reached out to schedule our first call going over the type of wedding vibe and look we were going for. From this initial call, all communications from this moment with her and Stefanie, were all so seamless and stress-free. They reached out to all our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page for the day of our wedding.

Spring forward 2 years to our rehearsal day, Christina and Jackie made that day so easy for us and our families and bridal party to practice on the beach, so it wouldn’t be a surprise the day of.

When our special day finally arrived 3/9/24, from the moment Christina, Jackie and Olivia arrived on site and to the end of our evening, I cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to have had this team help make our wedding day perfect. From the ceremony to cocktail
Hour to Reception, everything flowed seamless with no hiccups.

Let’s talk about the setup. I provided a million boxes and items, (it was as if I was moving in) and as soon as I saw cocktail hour and the reception room, I could not believe how amazing and perfect everything looked. They nailed my vision and made use of everything I provided. It looked exactly how I envisioned. All night and including the last two weeks, I have continued to receive compliments of how beautiful everything looked. They exceeded my expectations and blew it out of the park. Jackie was there for the entire evening and she was an absolute angel, she continuously helped me fix my dress as the train would not stay bussled.

I truly can’t thank this team enough, they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend to any brides looking for a wedding planner to book Swanky Soirée because they are the best of the best of all other planners out there. They go above and beyond and you will not regret it.
