Such a beautiful experience with Currumbin Valley Scenic Horse Trail Rides.

The property is absolutely stunning and the horses are so well cared for. Kylie and Wes were warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

I felt completely safe and supported the whole time, even as someone who’s not an experienced rider.

You can really tell they care deeply about both their animals and their guests.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable ride in nature. Will definitely be back 🙌🏼😊

What a day!!. I was so nervous after not having ridden for what feels a lifetime, Kylie and Wez were kind, patient and friendly. I went on my own and I felt like I was with lifelong friends. I had a truly beautiful day at Currumbin Valley Scenic Horse Trail Rides! The scenery was absolutely stunning, green hills, peaceful bushland, and breathtaking views that made the ride feel so magical. The horses were calm, well cared for, and suited to all riding levels, which made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Kylie and Wes were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. It was the perfect way to spend a sunny day outdoors and to celebrate my daughters 26th birthday. Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution

Our experience with this business was frustrating from start to finish. The ride was cancelled due to wet trails — understandable in itself — but we had only booked the day before, and the website continued to accept bookings even after rides had been called off. This gave the impression that the business was still taking payments for a service they knew would not be delivered.

We were then informed that no refund would be issued, citing a strict “no refunds” clause agreed to at checkout. However, this clause contradicts Australian consumer law, which protects customers from unfair terms that attempt to remove basic refund rights.

Attempts to discuss the matter directly were ignored, with Kylie refusing to take calls and only responding via text, repeatedly insisting that a refund was not possible. The lack of service combined with the unwillingness to issue a refund caused significant stress and frustration.

Eventually, after continued pressure and referencing our rights under Australian consumer law, the business agreed to a full refund. It should not have required such effort to receive a refund for a service that was never provided.

In summary: while we did eventually get our money back, the process was unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. We strongly recommend avoiding this business.

What an incredible experience in the magical Currumbin Valley! As a first time rider, I could not recommend Kylie, Wes and Scottie more highly. They are genuine, kind, warm and patient. The horses are amazing and well cared for. Felt safe and could not imagine a better first time ride. The trail is so special with inspiring views. Really hope to return some day soon.

we had the most BEAUTIFUL, magical day up in the mountains with kylie & all of her incredible horse babies! i couldn’t recommend going & experiencing this more!!! the trail ride was stunning & all of the horses are tame, friendly & make you feel so safe! thank you guys for having us & taking such good care of all of us! pls go do yourself a favour & spend the day in the valley & meet a horse friend who you will love fooooooorever🥹💝💘🐴

Disappointing and Unprofessional

We booked a ride that was later cancelled due to wet trails - disappointing but understandable. However, the business kept accepted our booking and even following up for payments knowing that the rides were highly unlikely to be going ahead.

We were initially denied a refund due to a “no refunds” policy, which contradicts Australian consumer law. Attempts to resolve the issue were ignored, with communication limited to dismissive text replies.

Only after repeated follow-ups and citing our legal rights did we receive a refund. The process was stressful and avoidable.

Poor communication, questionable policies, and unprofessional conduct. I do not recommend this business.
