I have been using Mega Travel for my personal travel and have never had any issues with them. Our recent trip to Europe was given to Peter and the team to book and after all was booked, we compared the costings with other companies and we found we did not pay more than other online sites. Whats more, is that Peter provides his mobile phone to contact him should you need any assistance and he is always contactable even when there is a time difference. My wife was sick in Mykonos this year and early hours of the morning he assisted us with the travel insurance. I would recommend Peter and the team as I have to our family and friends who also speak highly of him. Thanks Mega Travel for all your assistance to date.

Very satisfied with the service at Mega Travel and would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends. Very professional staff who were very flexible and happy to assist in any way throughout the process. Mega Travel offered the cheapest package around, with excellent hotels all of which were four or more stars. Communication was prompt leading up to my trip and I was constantly updated with a detailed itinerary and the correct advice for payments which were clear and timely. The itinerary was easy to follow and the flights, transfers and accommodation vouchers were all received within a few days. I will definitely use Mega Travel for my future holiday bookings!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

There was 3 of us who booked with him for the date m, same plane and flights. He put us all on different flights back home. He gives you tickets which are not valid, dates are not locked in and gets you to go to the airport to try your luck!

He doesn’t book your tickets won’t send you your tickets until the day you fly. He leaves you in Spence and keeps blaming airlines. He waits for cheap flights at the end to save money and screws you up.

DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM! You will be left with nothing but stress and anxiety!

Called and asked for assistance booking 4 internal European flights (international) and he refused to help me because he would not “make money” from my business.

We had no regrets using Mega travel to organise our recent trip to America. Mega travel provided an efficient and hassle free service when booking flights, accommodation, transfers and tours. Excellent communication and all queries and questions were promptly answered. Mega Travel ensured our itinerary was best suited to our requirements and were very responsive to any requests, as well as offering the cheapest prices around. Would definitely use them again in the future and would also highly recommend them to our friends.

One word comes to mind regarding mega travel Liverpool is scammers!! we were quoted a price for a hotel and were told that was the best rate among other retailers and online booking sites.so we paid the monies expecting we were getting a good deal, turns out we weren't we where overpriced by a total of $1600 compared to other outlets. we called to let them know but they didn't what to know about it and that's our fault for not checking other sites.
SO BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
