I have been extremely  satisfied with the Professionals Atherton rental management services. My rental property  has been under their management for 8 years. The property is in superb condition & has not deteriorated (as is common when landlords manage by themselves from a distance). They have always selected excellent  tenants, done rigorous inspections every 3 mths, and organised essential  repairs efficiently. Communication with me has been clear. Financial reports are provided monthly. Choosing this agency to manage my property has made the whole experience  stress-free for me. I highly recommend this team.

They were told a month before hand that we had no interest in staying or continuing the lease. And zero action was taken by them, no initiative on their side. Instead a week before leaving we're told we have to give two weeks notice even though the lease ends in a week and that we're required to pay an extra weeks rent.
Lazy and lackluster, would not recommend
