Stayed for 2 nights and check in was quick and easy. The room was good and the entire motel was good but a little out of the way which was fine for me as I had business in the area. The TV had basic channels which some did not work on the outdated TV. Take your own soap and shampoo as the provided one absolutely stinks bad. The one major thing that let down the place was the Italian Restaurant.Breakfast was $30.47 per person and the food was average. Pizza was terrible at $25 on a store bought thin base which did not rise and was like cardboard. Italian restaurant should know better. The pasta was nice but $33 for a plate and $6 for a soft drink. No lunch options. I stayed at the Novotel at Darling Harbour 2 days before this place and breakfast was $25 in total for 2 people with far better food and more options. There is a coffee club across the road for a better breakfast and cheaper. A 10 minute walk was a shopping village with other food options and a pizza and pasta place which was cheaper with good food. The motel was nice but the food options reduced my ratings. Won't stay there again due to the expensive food and average restaurant. Expedia did not post this same review on their site.

The room was great value. The reception staff member who welcomed us was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also good value. The location for purpose was very good. We would stay again.

Visy Dior Hotel – Where People Come First. I was impressed with their exceptional cleanliness and elegant presentation. The room was meticulously maintained, with spotless surfaces, fresh linens, and a perfectly made bed awaiting me. I went to a function held by the hotel. The catering was amazing. Plentiful, tasty, fresh and varied. The team was very friendly and attentive. We didn't wait or want for anything. Parking on site was easy and lots of it.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay here. Staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful. Even the buffet breakfast was excellent. The scrambled eggs were soft, creamy and seasoned. Well done guys. Highly recommend.

I attended a corporate cocktail function at the Visy Dior. It was an astounding success. The service was exceptional, the food magnificent, the ambiance entrancing and so suitable for cocktail networking and the location great for transport. The rooms witnessed were the ballroom and adjacent areas, where recent renovations have 5 Star style. The Visy Dior even exceeded my expectations.

I had a disappointing experience on my stay at Visy Dior. The receptionist on duty, Jess was disappointingly rude, making what should be a welcoming environment feel uninviting. When I approached her with questions regarding my check-in and the hotel's amenities, she responded curtly and seemed more interested in completing her tasks than assisting me as the guest. She made me feel as though my inquiries were an inconvenience to her, which is not the kind of service one anticipates when staying at a hotel.
