Perfect for a couple of nights stay to visit my daughter. Room was comfortable, good size, clean and freshly decorated. I had everything I needed. Staff were friendly. The location was ideal for local evening meals, a trip into the City as well as a walk to the beach. Fully serviced by Light Rail and Buses. I didn't think to take photos of the room - but it was lovely. What more can I say? Perfect!

rganising an after hours check in was a seamless process. Property was easy to find, cosy, secure, extra blanket provided. Large bathrooms. Room was quiet, despite being on a busy road. Would recommend booking directly through the property. Only issue was finding a park on the street when we arrived at 6:30pm as there are a lot of restaurants nearby with people trying to park.

I had a fantastic stay at Avoca Randwick Lodge, which is perfectly located just a short walk from the Royal Randwick Racecourse. The newly renovated rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. My favourite part of the trip was enjoying the Royal Randwick horse races, followed by a fun evening at the nearby Royal Randwick Hotel—both easily accessible from the lodge.

Very disappointing experience. I wanted to shorten my stay the day after booking and front desk communicated that I could with 48 hours notice. So I did so, as I was dissatisfied with the room, the noise, only free to air TV, and mould.
They skipped around my request and then I received no reply. Disgusting ! Coat me several hundred dollars.

Update - there was nothing nasty about me trying to resolve this. Your receptionist assured me I would get a refund if given 48 hours. I gave you 48 hours and vacated the property.
I have a condition called CIRS, and mould is my kryponite.. and yes I was not pleased with the room. I followed policy and you never gave me a refund only excuses not to refund me. Not for two days, for only one! Poor form and very unprofessional. And this reply confirming this. I will be taking this up also with Booking com and further if needed. I don’t like being taken advantage of .

showers could do with some bleach and a good toothbrush scrub. but otherwise clean and close to the tram line. regional NSW people needing Hospital/business stay = reasonable spot. plus good pub around the corner.

Stayed here while someone was in hospital unexpectedly. Super convenient just 5 minute walk from the hospital and from supermarkets, cafes etc. I’m pretty sure I also had a discounted rate because I was here for the hospital, which is fantastic.

Service is excellent, reception was very helpful in organising rooms for me on short notice.

Rooms are a little cramped and noise carries through the walls, I could hear people watching television until 3 AM.

I stayed at Avoca Randwick lodge for 3 nights ,my room had bad odour .the second day when I ask them to clean the room they didnt change bed sheets and didnt clean bathroom .sleeping on that dirty sheets gave my sleepless night and my whole body was itchy . U stayed there because my mum was in Royal women's hospital. I had last-minute to extend but didn't get room.
