It had everything we needed. It was perfect. Right next to the club. Beautifully positioned. Lovely. It is well-organised and bookings are done through the local bowls club next door. A slick operation due to fantastic staff. It was a refreshing experience.

The cabins are comfortable, air conditioned, and next door to the bowling club, so easy to get something to eat or go for a drink. Easy walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the price was quite reasonable.

I booked both a 2bedroom and 3 bedroom cabin for a work trip for 5 people, and both cabins were very clean and comfortable. I stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin, and the bed was nice enough. I was grateful that all of the rooms were clean and bug-free. The location was amazing, just a short stroll down to the beach. The Bowlo staff were kind and helpful, and the supplied linen was good quality. The only downside was that the front gate was right next to our cabin, and made quite a bit of noise when it was opening.

We stayed one night in a hotel type cabin. Firstly, kudos to the grounds men, the landscaping around the site is immaculate. We liked the idea of the secure access and it was very easy to use. We thought that the cabin was a little on the small side especially with a king size bed taking up about 75% of the room! I found the bed a bit hard for my liking as well. Because the bed takes up so much space, there is only room for one chair, so if you are traveling with a partner, one person has to sit on the bed. Based on that I think they should replace the bed with a queen and try and add another chair.||Quite handy being next to the bowling club for drinks and food. Not far from the main street or the beach either. So position is great because you are handy to everything without being too close to be noisy.||Would we stay again? Not sure, probably but would definitely weigh up other options first.

Right next door to the club great location just a gate between the 2.|We stayed in a Hotel room very spacious for the 2 of us.|Clean and quiet for us. |If I had to say something that wasn't great you don't have a parking spot it's first in but that's only for the hotel rooms.

Arrived mid afternoon,expecting to go into a cabin for 2 nights which had been booked 4 days before only to find a motel type room (dog box size) with 3 rooms crammed into a space of a normal cabin. Fridge was filthy which had to be cleaned before use. Attempted to upgrade which we were told would cost us an additional $158 dollars. No Wifi in cabins, only in the club, not acceptable.Evans Head is a great spot but Bowls club accommodation offered us was very disappointing and totally overpriced. Beware when booking this establishment

Stayed one night at the Evans Head bowling club cabins . One night too many . The cabin did not resemble the photos on the internet . Dirty rusty fridge and dinning table , mold on the curtains , cabin smelt of drains. Small and cramped rooms and definitely over priced .

Comfy beds, in a good size cabin.|Fresh and clean with good air conditioning and tv reception.|Our mobiles use the Telstra network and reception was excellent.|Walk through gateway to the Bowlo for great Chinese, Pizza and Bistro.|Good prices at the bistro.|We will stay here again .
