It was a 4 star review for the latest time I visited not overall.

The staff of establishments such as this one make or break an experience and dedicated and talented bar and gaming staff typically perform tasks beyond their level of certification.

The best are naturally capable of being support workers that multitask as enforcers, diplomats, community ambassadors and are usually good primary sources for reliable news or information regarding community opinions.

This morning was a 4 star review just because of the genuine and well informed staff member that was behind the bar.

Note to businesses: Your staff at entry level determine whether or not the decisions at corporate level succeed.

My experience deserves a four star, very friendly staff well presented and trained to give the appropriate service expected from bar staff very good. And the open plan bar and lounge with easy access to the betting area and the gaming section allow for great air circulation which makes for a very cool experience with a feel good atmosphere, great Pub****

Bit of a weird place - was in town for the weekend with some friends and thought we’d try the local for a drink. Barman stopped us at the door and said “we don’t serve groups”, would not recommend people spend their money at this venue when there are a multitude of better options close-by. Walked down the road and had a lovely schooner at Shenanigans though!

Very average at times, however just had a magical moment yesterday there, with an older pokie player pulling off $17,000, on the machine next to me! Awesome to see and share the entire rooms joy with him! The young barman, that continually came to my bro and I while we were playing offering every type of food, eats, sweets and drinks, with such an awesome contagious smile and dementia that absolutely rocked! Be going back there as soon as, win or lose, its the fun of the play and the thrill of the chase, with atmosphere you would find hard to improve! Well done team! Tidy little pub. Not a HEAP of parking however good pokie area (approx 30 machines) staff are very friendly and plenty of inside room to have a few off the tap and a feed.

Havnt eaten from there.
