Was excited to eat here but was very much underwhelmed. The food was rather average and not at all worth the prices being charged. The Signature Loaded Potato Twisters - Southwest was made with potato crisps, not curly potato fries as we were led to believe. The Caesar Salad was recommended to be served with the Buffalo Chicken Tenders, but the flavours did not match. The Chicken Burrito Bowl was very bland and lacking in flavour. The drinks were overpriced for what they were - a juice and an iced tea cost over $20 in total. Overall, the food was simply alright and it was expensive for what we got.

Beyond disappointed.

We ordered a medium Steak and Caesar Salad with grilled chicken breast, calamari. The steak was tough, overcooked (closer to medium-well/well done than medium), and hard to chew. The grilled chicken had a bloody part, but the staff insisted it was just a vein. The calamari was soggy and definitely not crispy.

The only thing remotely tasty was the Caesar Salad vegetables, which I believe were pre-packed. Everything else was seriously lacking in quality.

Based on how management responds to reviews, I thought they genuinely cared about customer feedback and improving the experience. But after this visit, it seems either the care is just for show, or the chefs simply don’t care at all. The experienced service staff were fine, but the new one struggled with basic requests and couldn't handle simple feedback.

It’s honestly frustrating. This used to be my go-to spot, but the lack of quality control has completely soured my experience. If they’re just catering to casual drinkers and don’t care about food quality, then they can count me out.

For your convenience, there is a restroom located within the restaurant, so you don’t have to wander too far from your seat. The ample window seating allows you to bask in natural light while enjoying the vibrant views outside, making your dining experience all the more enjoyable.

Another great place to hang out with family and friends! This place is spacious and fun. The pork ribs with signature sauce is to die for. The meat was tender and juicy. Will definitely come back here again if we crave for pork ribs. Thanks team!

Lunchtime visit. No booking. Friendly staff. We ordered the Salt and Pepper Calamari, Fridays Signature Whiskey Glaze Ultimate Burger, Chicken Burrito Bowl and Honey Mustard Wrap. Food was quick, tasty, well- portioned and reasonably priced. Will be back next time in the area.

A popular burger, ribs and steak restaurant located in Macquarie Centre near the bus stop entrance. The cosy dining booths offer some level of privacy. The chicken burrito bowl I ordered was a satisfactory dish. It had plenty of variety and was a satisfying meal,but I thought the quinoa was somewhat tasteless, and the chicken tasted like it was overcooked. Nevertheless the prices seemed reasonable for a sit down restaurant and staff were friendly and helpful.

Yummy food service a little slow from the table but food made up for it was cooked to perfection and loaded with salad on side n fries ,,steak was tastyyyyy n looked better then the advertisement picture n bigger 😋 which I was happy about .
