My partner booked a deluxe style apartment with a cot for our 18month old
Took 4 phone calls and still didn't get the cot until the 2nd day, no proper blanket on the bed
No broom or anything to be able to keep the place tidy until requested and even then only small
Found black hairs everywhere that were neither mine nor my partners throughout the whole stay, and mold in the bathroom

The Rooms were spacious with all the basic necessities you would expect such as Fully functional and equipped kitchen, Laundry and etc.
Designated parking bay.
Gym and swimming pool.
Fully secure building.

Manu who was the customer service personnel was quick to reply and answer, even on Public holiday.

Will definitely recommend Families and friends.

We recently stayed at the Macquarie apartments for three weeks and can highly recommend them to anyone that is staying for a lengthy period.
The apartment was clean and comfortable with the availability of a washing machine and dryer a bonus so we didn’t have to take home any dirty clothes.
There was a gym and pool that we had access to that was great for both my husband who recently had a knee replacement and myself who liked being in the gym.
There is a train station about 7 minutes away and a large shopping centre, (Macquarie Shopping Centre) about 10 minutes away that has anything you could ask for. There are also two mini shops located at the apartments for those last minute items as well as a coffee shop and Japanese restaurant.
Across the road there is the Ranch hotel that has meals and a few gaming machines and next to that a Dan Murphy for the last minute wine or beer you may need.
While we really enjoyed our times we suggest that a tea towel and kitchen plug be placed in the rooms as often we didn’t use enough dishes to warrant using the dishwasher and preferred to wash and dry ourselves. The frypan could also be updated.
We would also like to suggest that a welcome card that includes how to use the intercom and gate system be included for those that maybe unsure of each button and it’s purpose.
We will definitely stay there again.

I as very impressed with my stay at KULA Macquarie Park. The space was spotless, the linen was top quality, the washer and dryer came in very handy. The communication with the management was beyond expectation as i had a couple of issues that were replied to within minutes through watsap. Very handy location for my needs. There also seemed to be a lot of public transport close by. No complaints from me.

we stayed a month at this property and absolutely loved the place! the rooms are clean, fresh, kitchen utensils are good for us as we cook alot for the kids, and location of the place is close to cafes , etc . and if I needed to know something or needed help , the contact number goes straight to a helpful person from the Kula team Car park is great and easy to access. Definitely would come back here and will recommend to all friends.

We booked about 2 months in advance for a conference we were attending. Less than a week, we were told the property was not available and offered us two 1 bedroom apartment at no extra cost,as if they were doing us a favour. This was a huge inconvenience and the 2 apartments provided was not in working order. The bathroom light was not working and the doors was not able to fully close or lock. Zatia, the property manager was rude and unprofessional. The team members did not communicate the issues amongst themselves. Customer service was not prompt and responsive. At a hotel or an Airbnb, the reception or host is always available to help you with any issues. Here, it takes 2 hours to get a response and it wasn't until halfway through our stay that they acted on it after raising the issue again. They entered the property without our consent (as we were at a conference) only to fix the bathroom light. Emphasis here on unprofessional, for breaching our privacy. The floor had dirty footprints which we had to clean up.
Apart from the poor customer service, we had many sleepless nights. The bedrooms faced Epping Road. Epping Road is extremely busy with traffic save for 2 hour window between 2 AM to 4 AM. Sirens from the police, the ambulance and even cars drag racing in the early hours of the morning.
The check in process was challenging to say the least. It is just a set of instructions and codes given to the property and car park. Information was given each day like a clue leading up to the check in day for the final information. It is convoluted and INCORRECT. You can spend half a day trying to check in to the place due to wrong information given and lack of customer service. As you can now imagine, the check out process was also another drama. We got into contact with the Kula office in Melbourne who helped us contact the Macquarie Park. After waiting for an hour we were able to check out and .. we will never stay here again.

If you want to stay for a short time or a long time with Kitchen Facilities or family. Don’t look further, just stay here. They have everything, one need to live in a house. There is an Indian grocery store on the ground floor. A big shopping mall (Macquarie Centre) is near by. They provide a free secure parking (great). I would recommend anyone and everyone who would like to stay in Macquarie Park. All in all, It was nice to stay in KULA Macquarie Park! The management is truly helpful and genuine customer support.

I recently stayed at Macquarie Park, NSW with Kula apartments, having travelled with my son. Our stay, not to mention the extremely helpful and friendly service that we received, was second to none.

There was nothing the staff couldn't do to help us. The rooms were clean, kitchen was more than ample and beds comfortable.

Big shout out to Zatia, Matthew and Manu for being so supportive and answering my many questions. Thank you!
Rooms were perfect. Great location. Very clean and safe to be in.
