We hired Nicole as our wedding coordinator, and during the entire pre-wedding process, Nicole was our lord and savior, the light of our lives, the gift that we didn't deserve. She is so incredibly warm and attentive, and went above and beyond for me and my husband. Not only is she great at her job, but she is such a genuinely lovely person, and this made all the difference for me during the occasional moments of stress and panic leading up to the wedding. I had the pleasure of planning my wedding with Nicole. We had 6 months to plan and Nicole managed to keep this OCD woman sane until the day of. Her planning process was seamless and actually left me stress free a few weeks before the wedding so I could just enjoy my time as a bride to be.

Our wedding day was everything and more and wish I could repeat it all the time! Nicole knew my obsession with Taylor Swift and as a fellow swiftie she went above and beyond and incorporated so much hidden Taylor Swift references to our day.

Married September 2023 - I have never felt more excited to write a review in my life - but Nicole, without a doubt, is the reason my wedding day was as magical and memorable as it was. Words genuinely cannot describe how helpful she has been and I will forever recommend her services whenever I hear someone is tying in the knot. If you are on the fence about including wedding planning services in your wedding budget - please read this. We all know wedding planning is overwhelming, but I truly had no idea how complicated it can be. When starting the process I was so staggered by the amount of information. Nicole helped me every step of the way, breaking down the wedding planning process in to steps, and keeping me on track. Nicole is an organizational wizard, and because she thinks of everything - not a single detail was missed. Because of her coaching, calming presence, and passion for event planning I was able to really enjoy the entire process instead of feeling like I was the centre of a tornado. She has online documents that you’ll fill out, and together she helps you to bring you and your partners wedding dreams come true. As we came closer to the wedding, Nicole sent us a document that detailed every single aspect of our plans which was incredibly useful. We got married in another province, so our plans included flights, helping guests find accommodations, bachelorette parties, and lots of prep. She gave us a weekly detailed schedule AND a day-of timeline that included EVERY SINGLE important person and where they should be all day. We sent this out to our bridal party and families so everyone knew exactly what was going on at all times. All the moms kept them on their fridges for easy access and it was an absolute lifesaver. Weddings involve so many moving parts, so many little details, and Nicole ensured we were calm and happy by keeping us organized, prepared, and facilitated all correspondence so that I could focus on being the bride. The actual wedding day, from my perspective, was absolutely perfect. I later learned of music and tech issues that I had no idea even happened, Nicole took care of anything and everything without a single member of the bridal party even knowing there was a problem. By the end of the night, everyone knew who Nicole was and that she was the person to ask if you needed something. We recently received our wedding video, and when watching the speeches back we realized every single person who spoke made a note of Nicole’s incredible performance as our wedding planner/coordinator. She impressed all 80 guests, and both of our parents were sure to give her major thanks in their speeches. Nicole is a gift to this world, but especially to brides. My wedding was the best day of my life, and it went on without a hitch because of one person - Nicole. Those who hire her are lucky to have her.

Working with nicole And her team. What's absolutely the one of the best experiences I have ever had with the Wedding planner There is a few hiccups throughout the day.
