Myer Menswear Footwear:
I don't usually write reviews unless the service I received was above and beyond my expectations. The friendly service, product range, pricing, and professionalism of the staff at the Macquarie Myer Menswear Footwear, notably Thompson, are worth writing about. I visited the store last week with my dad to return a pair of shoes that he had previously bought at a different Myer store. Thompson warmly greeted us as he helped us with our search for a comfy pair of shoes and recommended a pair that had soft leather and was perfect for dad. I want to congratulate you on your excellent staff, Thompson. In addition to his excellent product knowledge and recommendations, Thompson is patient and friendly, especially with my dad, whose English isn't his first language and wears a hearing aid. I am so impressed with and appreciate the kind manner, empathy, and respect Thompson showed our family. I will recommend Myer Macquarie Menswear to my friends and colleagues. Thompson is a real keeper! Congratulations again on your fantastic staff. Thanks again, Thompson!

I was served by the lovely young Elle a few days ago. I am an older lady and I was shopping for my grandson and Elle helped me pick out what was hip and cool. She was very sweet! The store was very busy, and she was very calm and didn't make me feel rushed.

I love shopping at Myer, Macquarie Shopping Center in North Ryde. They have a wide selection of men's and women's apparel including plus sized ones. Sheryl was so wonderfully helpful in their Taking Shape ladies department when we got some dresses and coat blazers. My family and I were also able to find great buys in the perfume and cosmetics areas, luggage, ladies bags, men's apparel. They also have promos and sales from time to time. Was also able to visit the Westfield branch. I love Myer, Sydney.

Unbelievably bad service. For the 4th time in as many weeks I went into Myer Macquarie to be fitted for a bra only to be told that couldn’t happen today as the lady was on her own in that section. When I rang to find out when I could be fitted I was told anytime during the stores opening hours, what a joke!!! I have since searched the internet and finally found another store that stocks the bra style and brand I like, thank goodness I never have to deal with Myer’s Macquarie.

The line for both in-store purchases & Online pick up is the same. Everytime there is an online pick up, one team member hss to walk away far down to the back of the store to retrieve a package. Comes back & repeats. Not very efficient, Myers Macquarie.

Purchased an appliance on Myer online. I received it only to find out there was a crack in it. Took it to Myer Macquarie for replacement - there was a bit of difficulty in locating my online receipt. But the 3 staff members at the electrical section on Sunday 6th of July ( 10 to 11.30 am) were very patient, kind and helped me with returns and ordering a new appliance in. Once my returns was processed, I found out out the new appliance will posted within two days with no additional postage charges. I have now received the appliance. This review is to say a massive thank to staff that helped me out and to Myer as well for a high standard professional Service. I will certainly use Myer online for my future purchases. Ramesh

Update:
They are so understaffed.
I saw a poor old lady wandering around calling out for service for ages... along with other customers looking and waiting for service. This happens almost every time I go in a Myer.

The staff at this particular store are still kind and helpful when you do find one, but it's obvious how overwhelmed they are.

This complain is for the management:

Please prioritize your customer service. It's way more important than all the silly advertising strategies and marketing schemes. You are losing loyal customers!!

Excellent service! And very well stocked with lots of variety of brands. I find it to be better than the other Myer stores around Sydney... not too busy, not too quiet (usually means very limited stock and no staff around to help you). I was looking for some presents and not sure about sizes, and the lady was extremely helpful.
