Love the App.. Very user friendly and streamlined. I have referred to my friends . online chat support is incredible. However would be amazing if we could upload our own incident report template for easy access for staff however that feature isn't available at this stage. Nevertheless still Highly recommend this app .

ShiftCare has been great for keeping the client documents secure and easy to access for clients and staff. Scheduling is easy with a good amount of customisability, allowing me to add a good amount of detail to shifts for workers. ShiftCare linking to Xero has been great for streamlining invoicing, which has saved plenty of admin time. I have not had any issues using the app yet after over 12 months. I am confident that if there were any issues with the app or any of the software that it would be solved quickly. The customer service has been very responsive, efficient and the staff have been friendly, helpful and their service has been above and beyond.

I've been using ShiftCare for the last 3 months as part of my new organisation and I've been loving the experience so far. Having used other platforms in previous roles (Brevity, Visual Care and Microkeeper), I can honestly say that ShiftCare has the potential to outclass all of those programs, if they are not already.

There are still some teething issues with ShiftCare, it isn't perfect, especially around some of their integrations with Xero and managing mileage, but their system works and it does a really good job - even when it comes to those areas they could still improve.

They also have a really fantastic onboarding and support team. I've received plenty of video calls, phone calls and emails from their team and they haven't ever once wanted to charge me for that additional support. They even have a really fast (within minutes) instant messaging support team which has saved so much time answering quick questions on the go.

Very glad I decided to go with ShiftCare and I look forward to seeing how their software continues to improve in the future.

We have found ShiftCare to be an excellent resource for managing our business. Whilst we deal very little with NDIS we do work extensively in the Aged Care Support at Home field and this software is ideal for managing rostering, time sheets and invoicing all in the one package. I am sure we would not have flourished without it. Small business, big outcomes.
