THE WORST building management EVER. You will be fined for everything you do here including breathing. The building management stalks you on the cameras sending video screenshots of your every move, for example, I was walking my dog, but I needed to chuck out the rubbish so I dropped the lead for 30 seconds I copped a fine for that . My guest are too scared to park in VISITOR PARKING because they will visit for one hour and leave with a notice on their car that they will be fined next time they park there. The tall man and girl that run this building management make everyone miserable in this building. You won’t just be paying rent you will be paying the fines that they give you every single week. We have had heaters on our balcony for over a year just the other day they told us if we do not remove them by 5 pm we will cop a $300 fine. Lord have mercy on your soul if you decide to live here.

I need to find out who owns park one, who is in charge of the maintenance or daily team that is currently here.
I have visitors who are here for 1 hour getting letters on their car warning them and us of bullying threats.
This is now discrimination and has been sent to government fair trading as it is causing myself and my daughter distress beyond belief. I have really bad anxiety over the treatment of where I am living. I should be safe and comfortable and I am not.
I have been led to so this as I can’t cope anymore with the treatment.
The bullying and tourney is enough.
This isn’t a safe place for me to live anymore. This has to be dealt with by authorities as it is becoming so difficult.
If you’re looking for a place to live, please do not choose Park One. The torment the torture the bullying the discrimination and above everything else the fines that constantly receive I honestly something I have never seen or heard of before in my life.
I don’t feel safe. I don’t feel like I live in a home. I don’t feel like I can come home peacefully. I’m constantly anxious even seeing them gives me severe anxiety. And receiving the emails and letters in the warnings are too much to bear now

We have never done anything wrong. We’ve never put a foot forward badly. Look after the property like it’s my own so I can comprehend to it. I believe we are being watched by CCTV footage.
Hi, but I don’t think I am. How can I receive all of these fines and warnings without being watched?

What a terrible misuse of power by the building management team to intimidate visitors and residents with their dictator-like style. It is clear that the environment of the building is volatile, as many residents feel like management breathes down their neck as they are constantly watching their every move. There is no way that anyone in communal living should feel bullied by management, as their job is to aid residents, not the opposite.

The alarming rate at which this management team throws out threats of fines is a very constant reality for residents or anyone visiting. So, if you choose to live here, please be prepared to age prematurely and get wrinkles from all the stress that management will put you through, and really consider deeply if this is the place you want to call home. Visitors, don’t even bother trying to visit residents who live here as they will terrorise you, collect your license plate details and constantly monitor your in and out of that place.

I really hope building management can get a life eventually and lay off terrorising for the sake of it.

I parked in visitor parking to visit my friend for TWO hours and came back to a notice that my friend would be fined next time I parked there. Could the facilities team manager explain to me the purpose of ‘visitor parking’ if visitors like myself are not authorised to park in it? Please enlighten me.
PS: I find it amusing that you’d leave a notice on my car without providing any contact details for me to dispute it.

Have lived there for the last 3 years. Great location, less than 400 metres to metro, shopping centre just across the road and straight to level 3 Coles via escalator. Not spacious with limited storages but suitable for young couple living in modern style with kids or pets. Strict by-law means you don't have regular offenders randomly parking on your space or visitor spaces. Building management works hard to prevent culprit abusing facilities in shared spaces and take offensive party crashers and animal soiling matters seriously. Waterloo road facing can be noisy while the balcony door is open. However, the double glare glasses can stop most noises when doors/windows shut properly.

Nice apartment but poor experience with the building managers. They are overly enthusiatic about threatening residents with fines and escalating issues to strata. We have never experienced such militant behaviours from any other building managers in the various apartment complexes we have resided in across Sydney. Anticipate incessant bullying from them once you become their target...

I had multiple disappointing experiences when visiting my family. Visiter Parking seemed to prioritise profit over providing fair service, as I was constantly threatened with fines each time I visited. This unnecessary stress ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant visit with my family.
