Absolutely hopeless! Never, ever use this company! Zero ownership, parcel is lost and hasn't left the port in the US yet. My business will be staying well clear of them! Time wasted and money lost. I have already lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.

The Australian arm of this company handled the delivery of my eBay parcel from the UK. The delivery driver threw the parcel over the front gate into wet grass. Suffice to say the contents of the parcel were ruined. This is appalling and if a company allows delivery drivers to handle parcels in this manner then you know they are of a very low standard. Impossible to contact anyone at Pitney Bowes Australia with a complaint as surprise, surprise they do not provide a communication channel for customer complaints. What an appalling company and what an appalling way to handle parcels. They need to lift their game, so do not use. if I could rate 0 I would.

Well there seems to be a trend here that they rely on agreements with eBay to get business. The tracking is woeful the would be better not giving you an “Estimate Delivery” which basically means it will come when it comes. That plus very long delivery times quotes in EBay means they alway deliver before the date.

We have been using Pitney Bowes folding, inserting and mailing machines for over 15 years.

Our most recent contract with them is on its 4th year of CONSTANT FAILURES.

Both machines in our office have been UNRELIABLE SINCE NEW and have not improved despite numerous complaints.

Anytime we need to use the machine for anything more than a few letters, it fails... We call the service line and it takes 2 days (minimum) and the results are generally a "Band-aid fix" to what seems like a much bigger problem.

Their postage machine constantly fails to connect to their servers and they blame our network until we prove (every time) that the fault is not on our end. We've been told several times from service techs that hard drives needed to be replaced but they would not spend the time or money on it.

The cost to our business of using stamps and completing the process manually to comply with our clients service level agreements is horrendous. This does not seem to be anything for them to be concerned about.

When the frustrations hit boiling point, they try to suggest a better "Gold Service Package" to get them out sooner instead of fixing the bigger issue.

I would never use this company again and suggest that anyone else beware of signing a contract.

Inadequate online tracking, no idea where ebay-originated package they have is. Package has not moved in over a month, and they will only respond to ebay due to the 'legal agreement' they have with them, not the customers whose package it is. No competency, no accountability. Poor level of service.

Appalling service. I ordered through a different company and they use this company to deliver. I paid $60 express post and it took over a month to deliver, when I actually called this company they couldn’t even track my order and when I disputed the payment with PayPal as it had arrived the day before the dispute closed (45 days so at day 44 it arrived) and I had told the company to cancel order weeks prior I got stuck with a product I no longer required (gift for 18th that I had to buy another gift as it didn’t arrive in the 5 to 7 days as payed for). This company is a joke, they are attached to DISTANCE BANDS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Expensive lesson learnt.

I've received an email stating that my package has been delivered. I was home all day with the door open and I got nothing. After reading other reviews on this company, I'm not expecting an answer, or better still, my package!!

Totally useless. Never even try to deliver parcels, always have to go to post office to collect.
