Satch and Co is so interesting and quirky. Definitely worth the visit.
Holbrook main strip surprisingly has a great selection of cafes/bakeries/pubs so grab a bite, go for a walk and check out the shops and the Submarine Museum, National Museum of Australian Pottery and the Woolpack Inn Museum

Wonderful gallery and shop of beautiful and unusual objects, original artworks and home decor. And the Owner, Martha Satchell, is am amazing woman. Definitely recommend people to drop by if travelling between Sydney and Melbourne.
