Don't think I've actually stayed in a worse cabin, and I've stayed in a lot of them. Genuinely think my year 5 camp cabin a million years ago was better than this. Crumbs in the bed upon arrival, couch was only marginally better than sitting on concrete , uncomfortable cabin as a whole. I know wifi/phone reception is probably not what people are looking for here but it's atrocious, I've been to cabins in towns of less than 1000 people with better internet connection. Views were nice though and the communal spaces are quite nice.

Really lovely cabins. Well appointed. Clean, warm, cosy. Would absolutely stay again. Loved every minute. Some reviews on here are really confusing. I honestly had the best little get away. Thanks team.

What an absolutely brilliant park! Located on the shores of the vast Lake Hume this park bursts at the seams with amenities.
From wonderful toilet and shower blocks, sparkling clean, to the incredible Park Kitchen which boasts TWO 900mm ovens!
There's a fridge, microwave, sandwich press and around 6 BBQ plates, sinks, TV.. and the wonderful small touches.
Baskets of tea towels, wash clothes, scourers, liquid and more!
There's a big games room.ypstairs for kids, huge inground bouncing thingy, tennis court, basketball hoop and more.
There's even a HUGE screened fireplace that guests are welcome to light on cold Winter evenings.
The staff are an absolute delight to deal with, nothing is too much trouble.
We had a tremendous 4 day stop over.
Highly recommended!!

Great location with serious flaws. You would be forgiven for cancelling your booking due to the rude, unwelcoming female staff in reception. One of them even parks her vehicle halfway across the entrance making caravan entry interesting. Apart from these disgraceful creatures, the waterfront views are amazing; with very similar vibes to Lake Kariba in Zimbabwe. The swimming pool is refreshing on hot days with sufficient shade but the children's playground has no shade making it only usable early morning and late in the evening. Some of the camp-sites are awkward for bigger vans and require excessive reversing distances.

This is a lovely spot and definitely worth checking out. The holiday park is mostly cabins with some caravan and camping sites but the sites can be tricky to access. We booked two sites down on the road near the lake but they were steep and not easy to access with a camping trailer in tow. If it was wet weather it would have been extremely tricky! The sites are not level so we had to set up the tents at the very bottom where it was not quite flat but OK to set up the tent. Most of the site isn't really usable as it's not flat except for "almost flat" at the very bottom so you wouldn't be able to use these sites to their full potential - only the little bit across the bottom but that's where the best view is so we weren't complaining. I'm only saying this for future reference for someone else as we were told the sites were flat and they are definitely NOT flat. Would this stop us coming back? Definitely not, but it is good to know for future campers.
The park was clean and tidy, the toilets/showers were clean except for the bugs but the staff obviously can't stay in there and clean up the bugs 24/7 so you accept a few bugs when you're camping out in the countryside. That's not a complaint, just a comment for those complaining that the toilets were dirty (I've read other reviews on this place). In my experience they weren't dirty at all.
There's a lovely cafe next to the holiday park and the ladies there are delightful. The food was lovely, coffee was great and they also had delicious ice creams and sorbets. The views are gorgeous and the wind chimes and water features make it a really beautiful place to spend time while enjoying some food and drinks with exceptional service!
The biggest plus for us on this trip was that the holiday park is dog friendly! Thank you! We wish more parks allowed dogs as most dog owners are respectful and considerate of other park users.
Thanks for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back!

Wow what a great location and reasonably priced. I would have loved to stay there but the site we were given was just too hard to get into.
I was able to get a refund for the site with no drama.
Looked like a fantastic park for families

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for our refund on the spot. What I have learnt from today is to look at reviews and ask questions. In a rather large van, negotiating through the park and into your booked sight is horrific. We have been camping/ camper trailing and caravanning for 30 years and never have we just given up and said "there is NO WAY we will get our van into that spot" but today, on our very last journey in out van before we sell it onto another lucky family we had to just that.
We booked online with clear instructions of the size of the van, had we not has vans on either site we may have gotten our van in, being self contained it was nit an issue that the amenities were miles away up a hill, luckily because I live with MS. The views were stunning and was so looking forward to this last trip.
We are now stuck in a dinky park whilst we clean put our van ready for its new owner....such is life I guess.
Please do your research, the photos are very deceiving so READ reviews.....I honestly should have known better.
Again, thank you for the refund in full.
