One of the best waterfalls in NSW I would say. The walk to the lookout is only about 5 minutes, and you have the option to take the 4 hours return hike to the bottom of the falls.

The trail down the bottom is well maintained and easy for the most part, however we did find coming back up a little challenging, so I would say basic fitness is required. Some rock scrambling is needed to get to the very base of the fall.

Before the final scrambling you will find yourself crossing a beautiful creek, with many mini rock pools you can relax in.

Easy access to the lookout area. Plenty space to park. Restroom, bbq spot and picnic table are there too for visitors.

Only took around 5 minutes from carpark to the lookout. Place was beautiful and the view was amazing that day eventho its raining hard.

One of the best waterfalls I’ve been to in NSW. Plenty of parking space, road to get there is not a big deal. Toilets in the other hand I don’t recommend to use them, not clean and water supply was smelly and brown. Didn’t do the 2hrs walk on the track so I can’t tell about it.

Beautiful walk to the bottom of the falls. Being winter was too cold to swim but have been in summer and it was a great swimming spot. Bit of rock scrambling towards the end so not suitable for young children

The best waterfall!
Its bit hard to understand the best trail.
I recommend with children and no time to get trail from picnic area around 60 min one way. Or take the trail from the other park around 90 min one way. It’s beautiful. Worth to swim under the cascades!

the best waterfall in the region. there are two entrances to the trail from the road, the one at the end is by the lookout of the waterfall, then you can hike down and do a big loop - but you will have to walk a bit along the road at the end. highly recommend going to the bottom.

Have not been there since the upgrades. Well done. The walk up the creek and a swim by grandchildren was enjoyed.
Only downer is the smell of the drop toilets. I have been travelling and have used a few, a lot of parks use a substance of friendly bacteria to cut the smell, so, check it out.

This is a spectacular falls from above and below. Definitely worth the long hike to the base. Be prepared to scramble over rocks at the base. I did the walk all the way to the Minyon Grass picnic area then walked up the road to the Carpark. Took about 3 hours. Loved it. Lots of birds and wildlife.
