One of the most beautiful places in this world. It's stunning nature, guided into by the expert Neill all through his huge property area plenty of wildlife. Worth go into the deep forest guided by an expert feeling secure.

I had an incredible time exploring the Daintree Rainforest! The drive through the area was absolutely stunning lush greenery all around and plenty of scenic spots to stop and soak it all in. It felt like driving through a living, breathing postcard.

Even better was the walk along the forest walking track. It was peaceful, immersive, and gave me a real appreciation for the ancient beauty of this place. The boardwalks made it easy to navigate while still feeling close to nature, and I loved spotting unique plants and hearing the sounds of the rainforest around me.

Whether you’re into nature, photography, or just looking to disconnect and enjoy the serenity, the Daintree delivers. Highly recommend it!

Daintree Forest is stunning even in rain. Discovery Center costs $100 for a family, which feels steep for educational experiences. The ferry is $40 for a brief ride, making a visit pricey. Mason Swimming Hole is a good value at $1, and the area offers beautiful beaches and free nature walks.

Beautiful forests, and has a lot of interesting history. Would recommend to do a tour because otherwise there’s not too much to do. Private tours let you go to interior walks and learn more about the place. We did it by ourselves and still was amazing, on our own pace.

It's the highlight of my East Coast adventure to be honest. We rented a car to have all the freedom and it was amazing. So many wild animals, the trees and plants are great. On our way back we stopped at a swimming hole.
Do keep in mind that the ferry is rather expensive.

A wonderful experience to travel by camping van hired from Cairns in Australia and travel for 10 days in the Coast of Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Forrst Reserve and further North to Cooktown. First day in Cairns in Bohemia Resort Hotel, 2nd day to Port Douglas staying in caravan park Pandamus, 3rd night halt at Cape Tribulation. A scenic drive from Cape Tribulation
to Cooktowm (290 kms.) which is surreal experience. Today will travel further north of Queensland coast.

The ferry transport to cross the river is expensive. $49 return for the car is quite a bit for 3-5 mins. Of ride..

Definitely highly recommend the 4 hour greater wilderness experience tour with Neil! We spent a long time looking for a tour with more walking than most and definitely got what we were looking for. We learned a lot from him about the biological, cultural and political background of the area while discovering the beautiful rainforest.

Perfect half day tour through the heart of the rainforest, you can do what most other tours do (e.g. Mossman gorge) on your own for free the day before or after. Car required for access.
