It was a beautiful apartment. We had a great time staying there. But there was a flood in the lounge room , that we had to clean, the heat and air conditioning didn’t work. And the blinds were broken, so the light would shine through in the mornings. We couldn’t get a hold of any staff to ask them about this.

We booked an apartment for $600 per night, thinking we were getting quality accommodation. What we got was a three storey unit, which would have been ok if one of our party wasn’t my 84 year old mother-in-law & another of our guests had a broken leg!! Our bedroom room had thick cobwebs hanging from the light fittings & no blind on the window.||I took this photo from my wife & my bed at 10.45pm & it was this light all night long!||Definitely an address to avoid at all costs…

Good sized accommodation and pretty clean on the whole and good location close to town centre. Bit of a shambles picking up keys at 7pm a d mattresses in need of updating. Also lacking proper blinds in the bathroom, so too light early morning!

We stayed for 2 nights recently to watch the New Year Eve Fireworks, which was only about 8 minutes walking distance from the foreshore. The 2 bedroom apartment was so spacious and lovely for us 2 adults and 2 young children, the pool area is beautiful and everything is clean. You can sit on the balcony and have a BBQ. The only downfall is the air-conditioning, lucky I brought a fan, it only works if you run it on one level, does not cool the second level very well, only if you switched off downstairs. I would definitely stay there again! Foxtel is available in the main area but not in the bedroom. Master bedroom TV was put up at the weirdest angle so you couldn't watch it in bed unless you wanted a crooked neck. Thanks.

Lovely condo, all the amenities, great location, can walk to lots of restaurants and pretty views, I only disliked how many stairs there were in the condo. If you're older, have lots of luggage or need a wheelchair, best to avoid this place. Otherwise it's awesome.

We booked the 4 by 2 room for 2 nights with our 5 kids. On arrival we were disappointed to find out that one room was actually not an actual bedroom and was an open room with beds in it. It was also downstairs when all of the other bedrooms were upstairs. Another reason we booked was for the washing machine and dryer. Travelling with 5 kids means a lot of washing. On our first night we did a load and night and then found out the dryer wasn't working. We couldn't hang out the clothes as there were no pegs so we ended up hanging inside on an airer. I contacted the apartments and was told someone would come out. The next day my partner called and was also told someone would come out. Unfortunately later in the day we were told no one could. They did drop off another airer and pegs. I was told that they didn't know it wasn't working. I feel this should be part of the cleaning, checking things work. A few lights in the house also didn't work (Including the stairs) and an aircon vent was pushed in. The advertised spa is also just a bath. The dining table also only seats 6 which meant we had to eat on bar stools not at the table with our children. The master bedroom is extremely bright from the sun. There are no blinds in the ensuite or covering the feature window. This meant we were woken early. ||We did like the facilities in the kitchen including lots of plates, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The oven worked well too. The dish wash needs the rinse aid refilled to clean effectively. The beds were comfortable and the provided toiletries were nice. The kids enjoyed the pool but it wasn't heated yet. Unfortunately we feel there were too many little issues during our stay and we therefore won't return.

We had a lovely stay at number 2 Serenity on the Terrace. It was very clean, spacious and secure with a lock up garage. The balcony was great the furniture comfy. Both bedrooms had bathrooms and it was great to be able to do a load of washing and get it dried before we left. I liked that there was washing powder and dish washer powder as well. The lights could have been brighter because it was hard read at night. There are quite a few stairs to climb so if you are elderly or have bad knees you may need help

PROS:||Location walking distance from main areas||Spacious apartment ||Fridge ||BBQ ||Balcony with small amount of sea views||Heated pool and spa ||Spa bath in room||Multiple toilets ||Big, comfortable lounge||||CONS:||Reception located about 7 mins drive away 1/2 the tv Chanel’s not working||Need shades on windows in big bathroom|| so bright and can't sleep ||shower - sprayed the room and just made a mess ||Hot water took ages to come . Just used hot and no cold||LOTS of small steps on each floor. This is a big big thing as my mum was not able the stay. Beds are so low to. ||Positioned next to a busy street so very noisy during the day and woken up by car lights all night.||Needs a good paint and new blinds on all windows
