Really don’t miss a stop here. As soon as we walked in we knew we were in a true bakery. The smell, the gorgeous bread. Everything is made here. Best donuts, the coffee is actually amazing especially for someone who drinks oat milk! It was not burnt woohoo! The bacon and egg sandwich cooked perfectly with yummy yolk still existing ahhh so happy today! And to the guy who served us and rest of the staff thanks for awesome service. It’s hard to find that these days so we appreciated it!

Had a quick stop on my way to Albany to buy a cup of coffee to take away. The coffee turned out to be really good. The service could be a bit friendlier, though. I might stop by again in the future to try the baked goods. I hope the service can be more welcoming next time.

Outstanding bakery for bread, sweet things and pies/sausage rolls. The biggest jam donuts I've ever seen. Do yourself a favour and drop in.

OMG I've been in here many many times I'm a truck driver and these guys are always good to me. Coffee is good too.
I've always thought about buying a loaf of bread, on Saturday I did a Hi Top unsliced to show my kids n grankids this is how real bread comes. The whole family loved it right from my 7yr old grandson 25yr old daughter to my wife. I think the whole loaf was gone that day. Good work guys keep it up your doing great.

Pretty cool place, fuel, toilets, true blue fair dinkum Aussie staff. Great selection of food, hot and cold as well as cakes. Chips and gravy were awesome!!

RUDE MANAGER
Been to this bakery on many occasions. Tasty selection. However today when I was served a vanilla slice, I could see it was very dry and half the height of usual, and compared to the other pieces in the cabinet. I asked nicely, if I could have another piece that looked better. The server pulled a face, rolled her eyes and virtually through a replacement piece at me - then stormed off without getting a pie I had ordered and paid for. I went to say something and she told me she is the manger - so I could make a complaint. So rude and uncalled for. I don’t mind paying $7 for a vanilla slice if it’s quality - but don’t need the rudeness or attitude with it.

avoid like the plague, the owners of this establishment pray on tourists and the fact that there is people out there, that think gouging prices like this is illegal. bet you'll never see a local fuel up here. Food is pretty good, also woefully overpriced. Avoid avoid avoid

Highly recommended place to stop and have a break. Modern Bowers for refuelling, very good picnic and toilet facilities. And most importantly one of the best bakeries n the south sweet. The Pepper Steak pie was divine.
