Went for dinner after staying at the nearby campsite
Friendly staff, a little overpriced beers $15 for a pint of 150 lashes, but still friendly service.
Ordered takeaway pizza for the reduced price to be told we had to pay full price for takeout. Questioned this given menu advertising and was told this was the owners instructions. After querying again, the bar staff agreed to reduce our pizzas to the advertised takeout price but it left us feeling a little disappointed to be honest!

Had lamb sharks and a pizza on Sunday; it was delicious and the portions were generous

Came on Monday, with a reduced menu (fair enough). Ordered a steak sandwich; tasty enough, but the most scummy portions ever.

28 dollars for the most anaemic steak sandwich ever (definitely not 200g as advertised); one piece of lettuce, two wafer thin slices of tomato, and less than a handful of chips.

I walked out, feeling hungry still, wishing I had gone to the roadhouse instead.

What really rubbed salt in the wounds; was the owner hopping into a steak 3 times as thick, with a salad, dipping sauce, and 3x as many chips (not on the menu) in front of me.

Don't go there on Monday or Tuesday

Do not miss the food in this hotel if you drive by. It's first class level food in taste and presentation. Good price too. Stopped by with family on our way to Albany and I plan to back this way just for the food.

My experience at the Williams hotel was fantastic, the room are very nice to stay in and have storage for your stuff.
The staff of the Williams hotel are great people who treat everyone with respect and friendship and can help you if you have any issues.
All in all I'd happily go back and stay there and would recommend it to anyone.

Just spent a day in Williams and had a meal at the hotel.
What can I say the service was excellent and the food was delicious.
My wife had the Barramundi special and it was fantastic. Well done chef.

The accommodation side of the hotel is tired. I understand its old and country but there some basic things that should be maintained. We had no privacy in our room as several of the blind droppers were missing. The tap was in pieces. The shower had old soap still in. Weeds all around. Such a shame as the actual pub bit was good. Friendly staff and good food.
