I just wrapped up my one-day renewal course with Kelyn Training Services in Perth, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! As a Sydney-based traffic controller who came to WA to validate my cards, I researched several options and chose Kelyn because of their outstanding customer service from my very first phone call.

From the moment I walked through their doors, their team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making the day go smoothly. The trainers struck the perfect balance of expert instruction and great humor—(Jason my trainer of the day) every question was met with a clear, patient answer, and my classmates were just as fun and welcoming.

Kelyn’s facilities were top-notch: there was a cozy refreshment area stocked with coffee, tea, soup, cookies, and sandwiches at no extra cost—legendary! I felt so comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process.

Big thanks to the entire Kelyn crew for making my renewal course not only informative but genuinely enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back for more advanced training so I can design TMPs and TGSs like a pro. Highly recommend!

Gave these guys a 1 star. The trainer thought it would have been a good idea to let 3 grown guys intimiate, bully and humiliate me while laughing at the same time while conducting a scenario at the depot and on Goerge street, Queens Park. She says she doesn't like bullies while becoming the bully herself. Confronted the trainer as she backpeddled and denied that it was happening. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, unprofessional training company. Won't be recommending this company.

We have been using Kelyn Training for over 18 years.
We tried a couple other training companies in the early days and wasn’t happy with the quality of training.
I believe Kelyn Training services always give informative and well designed training course and good prices.
Great trainers and always super friendly staff.
And again today I had to resit my 3 yearly refresher courses and after all these years the service level and quality of the course never drops.

Highly recommend

A special shoutout to Tara the trainer today. Great teaching in the class room and the outside element, what a glorious day it was outside today
