Could not have been better. Blue Events - specifically Erin - gave us the best day of our lives bar none. From conception a year ago to day of (and days after), we felt supported, informed, and included at all steps. We were as involved as we needed to be, this didn't feel cookie-cutter or not specific to our tastes, yet it wasn't nearly as big a planning headache as we expected it would be.

Event day was handled beautifully. I never felt rushed, yet was never behind schedule. My drink was somehow always full and in front of me. Food, staff, cake, drinks were all handled excellently. I had multiple guests comment on how well Erin handled everything.

This was the best wedding (or party of any type) that I've ever been to. Bonus points that it was mine. 🙂 Me and my wife couldn't be happier, and if you're contemplating using Blue for your event, stop contemplating and start calling them this instant. 5/5, wish the scale went higher.

Where do I begin! I am still in awe of how dreamy our wedding was all thanks to Blue Events Co. & our exceptional wedding planner Erin Boeckman.

From beginning to end Erin was like my best friend. She is so kind, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, & supportive. She was organized & on top of everything. Every change, request, and question I had Erin made sure everything was taken care off. I can’t thank her enough for all the support.

On our wedding day I was able to enjoy everything without any stress. Erin & Brian made sure everything went smoothly. Erin was by my-side every step of the way. My husband and I were able to enjoy each others company as well as our guests. The venue decorations, florals, and set up was beautiful all like we envisioned it. The catering & DJ were fantastic ❤️ we were treated so well & so were our guest.

Opting for the small wedding package with Blue Events Co. Was the best decision we ever made! We will always cherish & remember our wedding day. Our guest will be talking about their experience for years to come. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special & dreamy!

I got Brian with Blue Events for our wedding coordinator and it’s honestly hard to put in words just how much of a help he was to us.
He did so much more than I expected. I really don’t think you could have a better person planning your wedding.
From the beginning he was super quick to respond with any concerns I had which really relieved my stress. He just always had a solution to any problem I came up with and really seemed to want to help. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was always upbeat and fun to work with when it would have otherwise been so stressful.
On the wedding day it rained on and off and it didn’t look like we’d be able to use the outside pergola for the ceremony. He already had a great back up plan for the indoors in case it rained but he knew it was important to us to have it outside so he and Sienna had the seats dried and made it possible for us to have it the way we planned. Lots of small things too like for example I misplaced the flower decorations for the cake and at the last minute he put together something using the flower arrangements from the wedding that turned out better than what I had bought.
There were so many other things that he and Sienna did for us that I didn’t even realize until family and friends told me days later.
Even after I left with my bride my family said Brian and Sienna were so great and stayed to get everything loaded up in their cars in the rain. My dad keeps going on about how impressed he is with Brian. I think Brian and Sienna made the day better for everyone. My dad said that Brian is the perfect person to have for these types of events and I agree.
There were so many things that could have gone wrong with the planning and wedding day but because of Brian and Sienna it turned out to be the best day of my life. It was really the perfect wedding. I feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t have Brian running their wedding day.

Brian is everything and more. He is professional, knowledgeable, talented and resourceful. My only complaint is that we didn’t hire him sooner to plan our wedding.

We met a month out from our wedding in the middle of a wedding planner swap where Brain picked up and ran with the large amount of work that we needed to complete in a short period of time. He got right to work where he not only had to manage some interesting vendor situations but also some family dynamics and, let’s be real, a stressed out bride, all with a smile and poise. Brian listened to me, was responsive, problem-solved and executed in a timely and professional manner. You cannot find a better wedding planner than Brian!

Plus he is a blast to be around – you can’t not smile and laugh, which makes working with him so much fun and easy to do. You see his love and passion for his work and clients and you easily become bonded. Brian is a gem and I truly thank him for every ounce of hard work he put in to making our wedding everything and more.

We booked the all-inclusive package that Blue Events offers for Texas Old Town and it was the best decision we could have ever made! Not only was our wedding a beautiful and fantastic event that everyone in our circle of family and friends got to enjoy, but having the support of the Blue team all along the planning process made it all so much easier. We got a great deal of compliments on every detail, from the flowers, to the food, to the organization, so we are very thankful for the expertise of Blue Events and the hard work of our team: Tatianna, Brian, and Amanda.

Tatianna was fantastic in every stage of the planning process. She gave us great advice and explained to us all the details that were new to us. She was great at helping us communicate with our vendors and bringing to life the vision that we had for our wedding. She even did an awesome job of answering our parents’ questions and making them trust the team!

Brian was our day-of coordinator, aided by Amanda, and the both of them did a superb job! We were very, very happy that we could rely on them for running everything on time, sorting out the issues that arose, making sure the venue looked fantastic, and having everything we needed. It was so thoughtful of them to have drinks ready for us after the ceremony and the picture sessions and to send cake and dinner all packed for us at the end of the night. It really added to the experience to have them with us on that day.

We would 100% recommend the Blue Events & Co. team. Everyone, including us, got to enjoy a beautiful, fantastic, romantic, and fun wedding thanks to all that they did!

Can’t recommend blue events & Co enough!! Such an amazing company to work with and they made my wedding dreams come true. Brian Rudy-Moghaddasi was my wedding planner and I would definitely recommend him because he paid attention to detail, was caring and just such a sweet person all around. He made sure all of my questions, wants and needs for the wedding were heard and put into action. Not to mention, he was just sooo much fun! My bridesmaids LOVED him! Sienna was also such an amazing person. She was one of the day of wedding coordinators I met day of the wedding. Let me tell you, Sienna made sure I had everything I needed. She had my lipgloss, powder and chapstick in her Fannypack and made sure I had those at all times the entire night. She also changed my shoes out for me because I couldn’t bend down in my dress. Both her and Brian always made sure that Austin and I had a drink in our hands at all times! They made the wedding run so smoothly. Could not have done it without them!
