I am truly and honestly recommending Blue Tongue for your FIFO jobs dream. I have been with them since July of 2024 under the Bus Operator program. Their hiring consultants were so helpful from the hiring process to deployment. From training to fly-in they are with me all the way. No wonder Blue Tongue is on top of the FIFO employment agencies. Blue-Tongue are a great recruitment company for the mines. I started driving buses for them and they have been extremely professional with everything. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and made my transition into the mines a wonderful experience. They checked in with my every step of the way and were very patient with me as I had never worked in the mines before. The training provided was very helpful and supportive and not being very tech savy they took the time to guide me every step of the way. All of the other people that trained with and the people that I have met on site at the mine all appear to agree that Blue-Tongue is a wonderful company to work with.
