We chose Chris Wallace from Elders to sell our home late in 2021.
It was quite honestly one of the most fun things we did last year! He told us he had a few potential buyers to bring through, so we didn't do anything the conventional way. NO team of agents coming through, NO official advertising, NO photo shoots, NO big 4 sale sign on our verge.
Chris brought the people through one afternoon and then set up an online auction within a few days.
We were able to watch the bidding online and within a few hours we had sold our home!!
It felt like we were on 'The Block'.
I would actually love to do this again.

Elders Realestate has been the best experience during our house hunt in Albany. Our personal agent Chris Wallace was with us during a turbulent and challenging house hunt, which we had to do from a distance of 450km. The market had just begun to go "wild". We also came in contact with Blair Scott from Elders who supported us with great expertise during a bottle neck situation.
Chris's knowledge of the market and his ways of communicating personally and online were excellent.
