We went into the office 3 1/2 weeks ago,. spoke to a lady for about 40minutes. Told her the area's we were interested in ,a max price. She seamed very interested and said see was going to start putting something together for us that afternoon. Never bothered to get back to us by email or mobile. In my opinion time wasters. We had cash to spend but shows nil respect nil competence. Ray White Albany must have it too good and too easy here in Albany. I did approach three real estate companies as through previous experience they generally do not like sharing listings as fee's have to be split. Good business practice is communication. In my opinion failed badly
