This is the second time we've stayed in this beautiful house and I recommend it to all. Great location to the beach and town and the house is very kid friendly.
Booking direct through Down South Holidays is very easy as they respond very quickly and ensure all your needs are met. We were travelling down at night time with two little ones and they ensured the porch light was left on and the cott was made up and ready to use. It's small things like this that make the experience worth while. Five star rating and I will be booking through them again.

We stayed at Unit 7 and were extremely happy with the roomy centrally located quiet unit with undercover parking. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom double storey unit was great. We entertained friends from Victoria and the BBQ and unit kitchen facilities had everything we needed including a dish washer with tabs so we didn't have to wash which is always a bonus. A short walk to a Cafe 10m away is also handy as well, plus a short work into the main centre had us enjoying the walk back to the unit after a few drinks. Would recommend this unit to anyone as its in a great location and it was tidy with a comfy bed, good size TV and couch; plus room to move. The 500 piece jigsaw was also a winner with the girls.

We stayed at the "Little Gem" with our dog. From the moment we booked, our experience was hassel free. Vicki & the office were very professional & easy to deal with. The house was amazing, clean & in a great location! (We have booked with Vicki before this visit & will definitely book with her again) 10/10...

I've been dealing with Vicki from Down South Holidays on a professional level since 2016. Vicki is very passionate about her business and without doubt goes the extra mile for her clients. I know this because I'm her photographer and she always turns up to the shoots to add that extra little touch & make sure everything is just right for the property she's listing. I can't recommend Down South Holidays highly enough if you're looking to have your property managed for the holiday let market.

Sorry, my negative review was based on dealings with 'DownSouth Holiday Homes', a different organisation altogether. The change to 5 star was based on the way Chris dealt with my negative review. Prompt, friendly and efficient. The opposite of my experience with DownSouth Holiday Homes who I wouldnt use again.

We stayed at the ever so cute Peppi Cottage for 3 nights. It was cosy, light, bright and appropriately breezey. The peppermint trees which frame the entrance and all the little beachy details of the accommodation made it for a wonderful little weekend away. The house is also in a quiet little street close enough to shops and walking distance to the foreshore.
