We had some issues with the property we were staying in and Dane (General Manager) personally took charge of it. Communication was great and we came away very impressed with how this was handled.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend exclusive escapes to anyone who wants to deal with a professional team who are always happy to take a call and ensure the property is at its best.

My husband and I stayed at an Exclusive Escapes property in Eagle Bay mid-February 2024. It was a lovely location, didn't take long to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was clean and tidy, but everything was a lot more tired and rundown than appeared in the pictures, and that we expected for the price. Most important was that more than half of the screens for sliding doors and windows had sizeable holes, so we couldn't get much air flow in the house without getting mosquitos inside. The furniture indoors and out was not super comfortable and with only one throw cushion supplied, it was difficult to create back support on any of the seating. The kitchen was well supplied with good quality plates, bowls, cups etc., and also with food serving platters, but the cookware was disgraceful. All pots and pans were badly scratched non-stick surfaces, and there was not a single quality stainless steel pot to cook in. On balance, we felt that the ambiance and experience did not measure up to the price tag.

The house was amazing, very clean and spacious, everything you need, but for the money my family paid as a surprise for my 60th I was disappointed we had to take our own linen, towels and bath mats and 1 bedroom had a queen bed but rest of rooms had double beds. My family are not small very tall adults.

We stayed at The Nest about 4-5 weeks ago. The place is amazing. Clean & well equipped. Very good furnitures and spacious. Dealing with staff is so easy. They are very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I have been bringing our Two dogs to the same property managed by exclusive escapes every year for the last ten years. Over time we have brought our friends and family, celebrated special occasions and made countless happy memories in this house. Exclusive escapes have been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the years. From early check ins, to lost keys and numerous special requests, they have accommodated us time after time. As somebody who works in the customer service industry, I would highly recommend them.

We stayed at two different Exclusive Escapes homes recently whilst overseas friends and family visited. Both properties met our needs as they were in great locations, well presented and well equipped houses.

All of our interactions with Exclusive Escapes staff were friendly and professional and they were a pleasure to deal with.

I will certainly be using Exclusive Escapes for our next trip down south as they have a huge selection of properties to choose from, they set them up well for a great stay and make things easy for the customer when checking in/out.

We recently stayed at an exclusive escapes property and had wonderful time. The house, 'Big Rock Dreaming' was perfect for our group and being in such close proximity to town made the weekend very easy. Upon arriving back to Perth we discovered that our daughters beloved teddy bear had been left behind. John and the team at Exclusive Escapes went above and beyond to help track teddy down (she had already had a spin at the dry-cleaners) for which we are very grateful. Couldn't recommend Exclusive Escapes more.
