We rented Wanui by the Bay. What I a magnificent location spoilt by the actual property and the property management. Attached is the photo of the modem. No wifi for four days and the response from the PM - it’s Dunsborough in peak season! Like I haven’t holidayed here before. Air con that doesn’t work, burners on cooktops that don’t work, power points that do not work. I will never rent another property managed by this company. No wifi in this day and age is a joke. See that red light in the modem. It was like that for four days. What a joke

We stayed at The Beach Club in Marybrook. The whole process couldn't have been easier by the friendly team and everyone was so polite and efficient. Will definitely book with these guys again.

Will never stay with Luxury Breaks again! We stayed in Heavenly Horizons, Turner Street Dunsborough. While this is a nice property, it has very little air conditioning. The main bedroom up stairs got so hot that it was unbearable and impossible to sleep in. We ended up moving the mattress into the lounge where the one and only air conditioner unit is situated. The bedrooms downstairs were also very hot and even with the widows open to try and get some airflow going, they were not comfortable. Ceiling fans may solve the problem in the downstairs rooms. At the very least, stand-alone fans would be helpful. An aircon unit in the upstairs rooms is an absolute necessity, as these rooms are in the roof space.
This review is intended for feedback, and regardless of the above, I still think the property is nice.
However, the ONE STAR is for Luxury Breaks South West. On vacating the property, we made sure that we left everything neat and tidy, made sure all the dishes were washed and packed away, the main areas were all vacuumed, and the inside bins were emptied out in the outside bins. UNFORTUNATELY, for us, what we had all missed, in the rules of the house, was that we were supposed to move the bins onto the verge when vacating, and because we did not do this, we have now received notification that we are going to have to pay a $75 fee. We vacated the property on Monday Morning. Refuse and recycle day is on Tuesday. Looks to me like we are paying for someone else’s inefficacies or is Luxury Breaks just money grabbers!
