I went back & forth with the idea of even hiring a wedding coordinator because I was having a smaller wedding of only about 65 people but I am SO GLAD that I ended up hiring Lauren for my wedding day. A few weeks before the wedding any text I would send her with a question would be answered immediately with a response of "that's already been done" or she would figure out a solution. Everything was coordinated so perfectly that the day of my wedding I wasn't stressed at all. Every detail was talked through before the big day and she communicated so well with all of my vendors.

She was so much more than just a wedding coordinator. From the moment she arrived to my venue the morning of the wedding she started working and the entire space was set up within an hour. Then throughout the day she made sure everything ran perfectly and never left my side. Truly I would look behind my seat and Lauren would be there to touch up my lipstick or see if there was anything I needed. My family & friends still talk about how amazing she was. If you are thinking of hiring Lauren or anyone on her team book them ASAP. Her services are WELL WORTH the money and made my day perfect. I would recommend Detailed Events by Lo a million times over again to any bride!

I heard a saying that if your day seemingly goes well it is because you hired a great wedding coordinator. I now echo that "saying". Lauren and Gabrielle got me organized and also provided accent suggestions to help the event run more smoothly and more to my vision. Lauren and Gabrielle helped me navigate what was not being provided by the venue well enough in advance to get everything the way that I wanted it. My wedding day was not stressful, I didn't think about anything other than spending time with my husband to-be, family and friends. Our guests said that our wedding was "chill"/"no stress", the vibe was cozy and fun, food was great and timely served, the decor was fabulous, and the music was in line with the mood. All in all, a great wedding thanks to Lauren and Gabrielle!

I was going back and forth on hiring a wedding coordinator, and I am SO happy that I decided to book with Detailed Events by Lo. We worked with Lo initially, and then with Gabrielle starting 2 months before the wedding and on the day of. Immediately after booking with Lo, she provided us with a detailed wedding planning timeline and an itemized checklist for the day, both of which I referenced multiple times throughout the planning process and were very helpful to stay organized and on track. She also gave us a number of awesome vendor recs for both our wedding and my bridal shower! Lo was always quick to respond via email or text, and I knew I could come to her with any question/problem, big or small!

Once we hit the 2 month mark, we worked exclusively with Gabrielle. Gabrielle is not only one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, but she is also SO amazing at what she does! She set up multiple venue walk throughs with us, communicated with all of our vendors directly to help create a wedding day timeline, and gave us so much great advice on all things wedding related. I literally was 100% stress free on my wedding day thanks to Gab. If anything went wrong on the day of, I had no idea ( and still don't). She had such a positive attitude all day, was always there making sure every strand of hair was in place, held my train while we walked around the grounds for our photos, ensured everything was running on schedule without being pushy, and even gave me a sweet little pep talk right before walking down the aisle. Needless to say, we couldn't have imagined our day without Gab there!

I will never have enough amazing things to say about both Lo and Gab!! If you are on the fence about booking a wedding coordinator, this is your sign to book with Detailed Events by Lo asap!!!

Hiring Lauren was the best money we spent on our wedding- period! With a 250+ guest count, two locations, and a massive bridal party, we had a lot of moving parts and things to organize. Naturally, my wedding day meant so much to my family and me and my husband- we wanted everything to go off without a hitch.

Once we began looking into day-of coordinators, Lauren's name came up 9 times out of 10. She was our first call and we are so thankful we made the right one.

Leading up to the wedding, Lo oversaw all of our 15+ vendors & reviewed every contract all while keeping us in the loop via multiple zoom meetings. She attended our church rehearsal where she completely structured our ceremony and organized our 30 person bridal party with ease.

On the big day, Lo took charge of our massive 50+ people photo shot list, coordinated bridesmaids, groomsmen, family and more to get from venue to church back to venue. She held all of my (the bride's) personal effects all day long from ceremony to reception (10+ hours.) She was there for me at every turn, anything I needed.

Lauren knew almost every single one of our vendors on a personal level from past experience. You could tell they all respected her and she treated them all with respect in return. These preexisting relationships helped everything run smoothly and resulted in a perfect day for me, my husband and our families.

Lo is a professional through and through and even my hard to impress Brooklyn mother admitted it was the best money we ever spent! My wedding day was the best day of my life and Lauren played an integral role. Don't think twice!

I just needed to say, WOW. I booked Detailed Events by Lo the minute I booked my venue because some reviews were a little nerve wrecking and it was the best decision I ever made. I worked with Gabrielle a few months before my wedding and all day the day of and she was UNREAL. She was so attentive, detail orientated, friendly and overall an absolute pleasure to work with. I would re-do my wedding just to work with Gabrielle again! Everywhere I turned she was there to help me and calm my nerves. She was so awesome even my guests were telling me she was amazing. My husband spent the whole night calling her JLO from the wedding planner. Overall, best company I worked with the entire wedding process. Couldn't of asked for a better Day of Coordinator. I am not kidding when I say my day would not have been the same without Lo. From the second I booked her two years ago until 9:15 pm on my wedding night, she was my go-to person. Whenever I needed her, she was there to help me. I hired her as a day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. She helped me with so much throughout my wedding planning process. Leading up to the wedding she handled all of the communication with vendors, final details, and I truly did not have to worry about a thing. On my wedding day- she was an absolute rockstar. I swear I have no idea how she does it. She did not stop moving one time. From the second she arrived at 10:30 she was running back and forth between me and my husband, making sure everything was happening on time, making sure I got all of the pictures that I wanted and more. At the venue, she did it all. Whenever I said something to her she said “I did it already” or “you got it”. Our day was seamless. I could keep going but there is truly no one like her. I got married October 2023 & Lo was absolutely amazing and well worth it! I am not the planner type and was very overwhelmed with wedding planning and all the small details involved in my big wedding. Lo was extremely helpful with her breakdown checklists, which kept me on track. She even came to some of my vendor meetings.
