Having lived in the region for close to 8 months now, this was our fourth wine tour and I have to say by far the best! Tony is a great host, super knowledgeable and makes the day a lot of fun. Not only that but the choice of winery’s was impeccable and the lunch that the olive farm was to die for!! It was a small, intimate tour that soaked up the end of the day at the local brewery which was such a great way to rap up an awesome day out! Would recommend to anyone looking for a top day out πŸ₯‚

Thank you Tony for an amazing day! We went to some beautiful wineries and gorgeous lunch at Oilo Bello!! We had a full day tour well worth the money. Tony was accomodating, picked us up from Oilo Bello and brought us back at the end of the day. We were lucky to have another mother and daughter couple with us for the day! Thanks Tony we will definitely be back Jo and Erin

We really enjoyed our day with Margaret River Vintage Wine Tours. We visited two premium wineries in the morning - Xanadu and Voyager estate, and had five samples at each. We had a delicious lunch at Olio Bello olive farm, including a glass of wine and produce samples, and then visited two family run wineries (Edwards and Jarvis) in the afternoon. The staff at all the wineries were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the wines sampled were great examples of the delicious wines for which Margaret River is famous. Last stop was Brewhouse where we could choose (at our own cost) from a great variety of locally brewed beers. Our companions on the tour were friendly and lively, which really enhanced our experience. At the end of a great day, Tony dropped us at our door. All in all, we had a great taste of the Margaret River and thoroughly recommend this tour.

A full day tour with our host Tony started today when he met at us at the caravan park and whisked off to Xanadu for our first tasting. Next to Voyager where the weather was not nice to us, but the wines were great. Olio Bello is a fantastic Olive Grove and restaurant where we had a scrumptious lunch and sampled the yummy products. Another couple then joined us for a half day tour, and we headed for Edwards Winery where the plane Matilda is a fantastic display with a great history. From there we sampled the wines and fortified wines at Jarvis Estate. The MR Brewing Co was our last stop of the day, and well worth it. Perfect amount of time spent at all stops. Great company and our host was very accomodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this company for anyone wanting to sample the region and not have to worry about driving home.

AVOID. Driver (Jan) left my family after we were two minutes late to getting to the bus. We were waiting outside the house but apparently not in the right spot. Terrible communication during and after, and no thought for the fact this reservation had been made weeks in advance

Last Sunday my husband an I booked a tour with Tony to cheer me up a little after I turned 40 πŸ˜‰ We had an amazing time, lots of fun and pleasure. Tasting the best regional wines, trying chocolate, cheese, organic olive oils and chutneys for at least 5 hours, in a lovely company and with reliable and experienced tour guide, really made my birthday unforgettable. I also bought a pile of presents for myself πŸ˜‰ I strongly recommend tours with Margaret River Vintage Wine Tours. (And big thanks to Tony for his sense of humor - without hesitation he agreed to have a photo with my piggy friend πŸ˜‰ )

This is not a tour I would recommend. First of all, the driver was 45 minutes late picking me up. Other people we picked up were thinking that the tour was cancelled because the driver was so late. At our first winery, the driver had been pulled over and was not allowed to continue because he lacked the proper documentation. The owner, Tony told us he had been on his way to Perth but had to come back to drive the bus. He complained about this the entire day and spoke more to his personal misfortune and challenges than he did about the wine or the area. He kept saying things like "this is the worst day every", "what else can go wrong?".
We were rushed at all the wineries because we were late due of all the mishaps. Then at the end of the day, Tony parked us at a brewery for quite a while, paying for a couple plates of chips, and then disappeared. The only reason this company got two stars is the lunch was quite good even though Tony once again complained about how much time it took to being served, once again putting us late in visiting the wineries.
